People at this shop agreed to do the hair for my daughter's wedding. Weeks later I kept calling to speak to my stylist and was told she was out. Called back again and the owner finally told me that the stylist no longer worked there. I asked her what about my daughter's wedding. She said "Sorry, I can't do it." I asked her when she was going to call and let me know and she told me that it was the stylist's problem to call me not hers. I'm sorry, if you own the shop it's your place to call. Never went back!
$50 haircut! When I got home I spotted a few major flaws. I called 3 times left 3 messages asking to come back in for a quick touch up. Never received a call back. Too much $$ if you don't stand behind your service.
I have difficult hair! Naturally curly, dry and "color-challenged"! Lynne has helped me get back on track with a good cut, great color and improved condition. She works with busy clients on appointment times and is very accommodating and attentive to detail. I appreciate having a retreat like the Hideaway to call on for "Help!" whenever needed!
Tony gave me an amazing cut. He is a very talented stylist but the experience was not a good one. I arrived for my appt and he was running late cutting a man's hair which means he probably took him as a walk in before my appt. I walked up to the desk and was ignored for the first few minutes. He finally pointed to the one chair in the waiting area for me to sit down. After a few minutes he told his assistant to take me to a salon chair. She sat me down and came back a few minutes later to move me to the hair washing station. All the moves seemed pointless.A good 20 minutes after my appt was scheduled, Tony then asked me to move to another chair where he began cutting my hair. He barely spoke to me. He never introduced himself or his assistant. The cut was terrific and I tipped him 25%. He did not thank me. The salon was completely empty when I left as it is most days when I walk by. Yet when I called for my next appt, I was told I would need to book 30 days in advance.
Very disappointed. I brought in a picture of what I wanted my hair to look like and when I left it looked nothing like what I asked for.
I had an appointment for a haircut and color. Lynne asked me to bring in photos of what I wanted (I put photos in my phone). She listened to me and I am happy with the results. I also like that she uses all organic products. I would not hesitate to recommend Lynne for color and haircut.
What a peaceful spot! Lynne is such a caring and sweet lady. Very attentive to your needs and wants, very knowledgeable....everyone should check her services out! Her lunch and learn show today was so much fun and the information on healthy living and eating was amazing!

Wish I could give a zero rating. This lady was rude and completely unprofessional. "Compliments" is the last thing she gave me. The salon was unclean and trashy. Very over priced for the quality.
