A very good an talented stylist !!!!! Recommend fully !!!

I stopped in on Wednesday for a fill on my white tips. When I sat done I asked her if she could match the quality of the nails I had on and the owner said yes. The nails weren't shaped good when I left but they looked fine. The next day they started cracking on the sides and water was getting under my nails. I came back on Friday so they can fix my nails and they acted as if nothing was wrong. She said nails do that because of the gel. How does a gel polish crack acrylic??? Even the customers looked at my nails and said they weren't fresh. She constantly kept brushing me off saying she will get to me in awhile. On top of this they made me wait two hour. Please take the extra time or money to go somewhere else.

People at this shop agreed to do the hair for my daughter's wedding. Weeks later I kept calling to speak to my stylist and was told she was out. Called back again and the owner finally told me that the stylist no longer worked there. I asked her what about my daughter's wedding. She said "Sorry, I can't do it." I asked her when she was going to call and let me know and she told me that it was the stylist's problem to call me not hers. I'm sorry, if you own the shop it's your place to call. Never went back!

$50 haircut! When I got home I spotted a few major flaws. I called 3 times left 3 messages asking to come back in for a quick touch up. Never received a call back. Too much $$ if you don't stand behind your service.

Tony gave me an amazing cut. He is a very talented stylist but the experience was not a good one. I arrived for my appt and he was running late cutting a man's hair which means he probably took him as a walk in before my appt. I walked up to the desk and was ignored for the first few minutes. He finally pointed to the one chair in the waiting area for me to sit down. After a few minutes he told his assistant to take me to a salon chair. She sat me down and came back a few minutes later to move me to the hair washing station. All the moves seemed pointless.A good 20 minutes after my appt was scheduled, Tony then asked me to move to another chair where he began cutting my hair. He barely spoke to me. He never introduced himself or his assistant. The cut was terrific and I tipped him 25%. He did not thank me. The salon was completely empty when I left as it is most days when I walk by. Yet when I called for my next appt, I was told I would need to book 30 days in advance.

She knows her stuff! Quaint little shop! I always enjoy stopping to see Sumi!

I like this place. They are quick and do a good job. I'm talking about the Deluxe Nails in Robertsdale (BTW - their number is 421-4698). Sounds like one in Daphne has problems, but this one doesn't.

Wish I could give a zero rating. This lady was rude and completely unprofessional. "Compliments" is the last thing she gave me. The salon was unclean and trashy. Very over priced for the quality.

Today was my first of many more to come appointments with, Tony. He corrected my haircut and I am beyond pleased! I have never had a stylist cut my hair with such precision. He is truly amazing. The atmosphere is not your typical loud chatty salon. It is very clean & gossip free. It was nice to have such a pleasant expierence. Thank you, Tony & Katie! I look forward to my next appt!

TERRIBLE!!! Will never go back!!
