This was by far my best experience in buying a car. I was in and out in 3 hours. Everyone there was awesome and I actually enjoyed it.
Just purchased second boat from Hern. Boat Had a couple of small Issures. Knowing we we leaving for Michigan, Ron the Owener was over the top to get our issues resolved the same day. Tony our salesman also jumped arranging the work to be done. Hern Marine will insure you are a totally satisfied customer. The Hern Marine team is the best. Buying from Hern is a must for your next boat.
These people are very rude an unprofessional I won't ever do business with them again. I was hospitalized my payment was late due to this issue payments were current other then that I explain why it was late foreign man told me not his problem an threatened to tow car next. It wasn't his fought I was hospitalized it was the inconsideration as if I wasn't current before that. I also reported this to the BBB. So if your a normal person that sometime have problems these are not the the people to do business with!
This place has went down hill since the original owner left. I paid over $200 to get my car fixed and they replaced a part that had nothing to do with the part that was wrong and the people there can't even really understand English. Now I have to go elsewhere and pay again to get the right thing fixed!!!
Do not ever purchase a boat from this place. Terrible, absolutely awful customer service. Trolling motor problems that should not have occurred have taken weeks of time. Had the boat two months and only got to use it four times. Never try messing with these people! They will blame you and pawn off their mistakes.

These people are great they made me feel reall comfortable. I was scared to take the long drive from dayton due to the possition that my car was in but TYTUS was great and did all he could to make sure that I could drive off with a new one before I did. Once I got there TYTUS and the other sales people were great and made sure that I had a smile on my face when I left there. I will send everyone your way becasue you really know how to make a person happy
Would not give me even a 30 day warrenty on an 2003 camry. They lied and told me that the rate would be higher if I did not take a 1,000 car warrenty they have. So after I found out that was not the case, I cancelled the policy! Of couse I had to drive down to sign a piece of paper. What a joke! A month later, they still have my 1,000 plus. Car needed tires, brakes, alingment, battery corroded/died, oil and transmission fuild change. Salesmans never gave me a card, and I never heard from them again until I called finance to see why the warrenty co. never received my cancellation. Finance lady said, I just sent it to cooperate and they handle the rest! Big game-Go to another dealer for used! Somewhere that does at least basic maint. and warrenties!
