This business is a disgrace to the city of Fairfield. I don't understand how they continue to allow a criminal who doesn't pay his taxes and has numerous charges of passing bad checks (most recent 5/2014), as well as numerous warrants issued for him. Fairfield policie and Butler County called about shady dealings with customers and "there is nothing they can do"... Ok, then...but it is ok for Robert D. Jones to continue to lie to clients, take their money and refuse to finish their cars. Oops has had my friend's vehicle since Easter and the car is still sitting in the garage, full of grime (inside and out) and still won't start long enough to drive it out of there. Go ahead, "City of Fairfield"...keep protecting people like this to run a shady business like this in your city. This man should be in jail, not taking clients' hard earn money for service he has no intentions on completing. I have made special trips to the garage on Gilmore Road with my friend to pick up her care, after he has promised her it would be ready. SEVERAL TIMES!!! Where we have taken off work early to meet him on his terms and the car is not ready and Robert is nowhere to be found...not by us nor his staff.
He should not be allowed to continue his shady dealings with the good people of Butler County. Shut him down so he cannot do this to other unsuspecting clients
The only reason they received a single star is because 0 stars was not an option. My insurance company hired "oops" to tow our son's vehicle. The insurance company covered 16 mlles of towing which left $27 for us to pay. We were not with our son when car needed towed. "Oops" not only left his car unlocked with dome like on and keys in it at car repair shop- they came back later and re-towed it to their facility because my son (who is 16) didn't answer his phone when they tried to call him to get a credit card number for the whopping $27. They charged us an impound fee and another $130 for the tow back to their facility. They could have contacted the insurance company for our phone number. Feel as if they took advantage of a kid. What a shame.
