Rude employees. Will do anything to cover their butts and backtrack when they make a mistake. One of the worst places I've dealt with. They're just out to get your money and don't really care about honesty. I won't be returning here.

Best Service EVER!

I have never had better auto service. The Dealer tried to sell me a transmission that I did not need. The people at Danco Found the problem and charged me far less that what I would have paid at the dealer. Thanks for Shooting Straight Danco! I will NEVER go anywhere else!

Be Careful!

They checked my transmission and said that it needed repaired. They said it had a code and the transmission fluid was burnt. They put some pressure on me to leave it with them the same day. They said I could get a credit card application from them to pay for it and rent a car from a dealer they recommended (sounds like kickbacks). Anyways, I got a second transmission shop (Mr. Transmission, Sharonville) to check it out without telling them I had it looked at before. They said nothing was wrong, there were no codes and the transmission fluid wasn't burnt before I ever told them anyone had said that it was. When I told the man what Danco had told me, he doublechecked everything and showed me that everything was fine. I called Danco to tell them I wasn't bringing in my van and told her why and she said she was going to read the codes to me. She said maybe they had disappeared and didn't have time to reappear. I told her I wasn't interested and got off the phone. A few minutes later the manager called back and said that he had never said that any codes showed up (his story was different than hers a few minutes before), but that it was the overdrive was to high and transmission was hot. Anyways, avoid Danco on Northland. They seem to be trying to drum up business by making unnecessary repairs. Go to Mr. Transmission in Sharonville. They seemed to be honest with me.

Best customer service, honest and trustworthy! I will not go anywhere else.

Danco on Northland Blvd. is a great place to have your car fixed. Everyone who walks in the door is treated with respect and courtesey. They know this is probably not where anyone wants to spend time or money, but they make you feel like you are getting your moneys worth and they stand behind their work 100%! I would recommend this place to anyone. It is hard to find honest and trustworthy mechanics....look no further they are here in Forest Park!
