They post vehicles on the Market Place stating that they are FREE and when you inquire about them the only response that you receive is "yes it is available".Once you ask if it is truly free as stated on the site you no longer get a response. In my eyes this would be considered "false advertisement" which is against the law the last time that I checked. My personal opinion of this place is that they are a true rip off and a place that gives honest "small" dealers a very bad name.

I purchased my car from Cincinnati Auto Credit on May 21st within the first 30 days it was in she shop for the faulty pass time devices that they put on the cars. After spending money on a tow I got it back and within a week it was back at Carter’s for the same problem because of the poor mechanical work that was done. After 5 weeks of it being at Carter’s the only thing they could come back with was that it had a bad battery. It really took 5 weeks to discover that a battery was dead? In this time I placed my account on hold for automatic payments for my bill because I don’t feel that it’s right to pay for a car that has been nothing but problems since day 1! I got my car back from Carter’s and what do you know the same day I was supposed to make my payment IT BREAKS DOWN AGAIN! I call the finance company to whom I’ve been in contact with since the beginning of this problem and let them know once again that their was an issue. By their suggestion I contacted Dale. He advised me that he was going to contact Thompson-MacConnell and see if someone can help me out with it. In this same conversation I made the suggestion that I can just be let out of my loan obligation. I come home-my car is gone! I immediately contact Dale to verify that it was picked up for servicing to which he verified. I get a phone call about 20 minutes later from Jill at PFSC to notify me that yes my car had been serviced ONCE AGAIN (for the same issue that I started with within the first 30 days of me having the car) but they had the car delivered back to their lot until I pay my bill! Prior to the car issues my payments were set up on automatic payments to which I REQUESTED and was current! It is absurd to think that someone is going to continue to pay for a LEMON and pay for towing, servicing and transportation in interim for a car that breaks down every 10-14 days! Out of the 12 weeks that I’ve had my car from Cincinnati Auto Credit it has been in the shop for 7!
I bought my car June 1st. Very satisfied, treated well, love my car.... The best place I found to get a newer low mileage car...
Great customer service. Everyone was pleasant, polite, helpful and professional. This was such an easy car buying experience. Thank you!
This was by far my best experience in buying a car. I was in and out in 3 hours. Everyone there was awesome and I actually enjoyed it.
Just purchased second boat from Hern. Boat Had a couple of small Issures. Knowing we we leaving for Michigan, Ron the Owener was over the top to get our issues resolved the same day. Tony our salesman also jumped arranging the work to be done. Hern Marine will insure you are a totally satisfied customer. The Hern Marine team is the best. Buying from Hern is a must for your next boat.
nice and very clean cars very good customer service I advice every one to purchase cars from this growing dealership you find in a river what you cannot find in a ocean
HORRIBLE customer service once you have purchased a vehicle. Have a car I can't get tags for because they haven't sent me my title. No way to work until I get it and it's parked on the street where it could be impounded. When I called 'Ms. Carol' said it was my fault because I hadn't pursued the issue. You know because it's my responsibility to remind them to do their end of the paperwork. She got mad and hung up on me, when I called back the next person who answered hung up also. Great way to take care of your customers, blame them for your incompetence and hang up on them. I would give them a zero if possible.
THEY COMMIT AUTO FRAUD!!! I purchased a 2001 Lexus RX 300 from them with around 114,000 on it. The purchase price was a little over $8,000. I put $1,500 down and got a loan for the rest. Within a few weeks I had to replace the head gasket and the heat went out in it. THAT'S NOT EVEN THE WORST PART. Before the end of the year I paid off the vehicle. When I went to pick up the title it was a SALVAGE TITLE!! They never informed me, which they are suppose to be law. This is AUTO FRAUD. The vehicle was worth $1,500. When I called I spoke to Niko from their title division and he played dumb. I told him about the salvaged title and how you are suppose to inform someone if they vehicle has a salvaged title and he acted like it wasn't a big deal. When I spoke to Wells Fargo the loan company I had they informed me that they would have never given them the money for the car and would have never given me the loan. DON'T BUY A CAR HERE!!! They're lairs and commit fraud. I reported them to the BBB.
Drove 2 hours to purchase a vehicle. Had it inspected first, 2 broken motor mounts, transmission problem and many normal wear and tear issues. Staff willing to work with us till we showed them the inspection report....
