My experience is when the fiber optic cable was being run through the town of sun river. They killed my elderberry tree and nicked the power line going from my pole to the trailer. I experienced a Brown out from the end of October until I finally figures out the problem in mid January. In the mean time I had accrewed a power Bill of using 2000 kwh..for the month of January my children had to move out of the home since it was the middle of winter and I could not afford the power Bill so three rivers electric shut my power off. My life has been seriously altered from the choice of contractor that three rivers communications chose. I called and tried to give them the chance to make it right but they have just passed the buck and transferred me. My family has suffered from this poorly run company.
