It really depends on what you ...

It really depends on what you are looking for. If you want a nice friendly staff, convenient hours and location, and decent prices - but don't care about how your hair looks - then this is the place for you. While some people clearly are consistently pleased, others are not. I had a great cut and color done the first time - but the second time, she did something different (experiment?) and my hair looked horrible. While she offered to correct it and tried - it still looked bad. So, my feeling is that yes, the salon can do a good job - or they can screw up. Since then, a few of my friends had the same experience that I had so we are not going back. Who wants to take a chance when there are so many other options in town?
