I gave this place THREE chances....the first time, it overcharged my debit card (the machines take credit cards) and it took me about 20 minutes to explain to the employee that was there and didn't speak a word of English that one of my machines didn't even have water running in it. She got me a new machine for no charge, but I never got my money back for the machines that overcharged me.the 2nd time, I came with cash, which on that day was a big mistake. All the machines were full. One of the ladies working there had to help me shove my quarters into the washers, which took about 15 minutes.....ridiculousTonight, I gave it one more shot...They almost redeemed themselves until they had five or six workers in there at 8:30 at night taking machines out, drilling LOUDLY and WELDING metal...which smells great by the way....it friggin stunk, made me cough and they got crap everywhere....honestly, the owner couldn't have waited an hour and done this when there were no customers??
