        Mitsubishi's mistake

        I test drove an Eclipse here and then they tried to lock me into a loan that had exorbitant rates even though I told them that I already had financing from my credit union. I checked online and got a better quote and when they called I informed them about it. Their response was "no probl, we will match that so come on in. I did only to have their Finance Manager fromm previous trip say no to the new deal and the Internet manager with whom I was now dealing rudely informed me that he could not do the price he offered me as he would be losing money and that I should stop wasting both our time. I walked and ended up getting a later model Eclipse from Concord Mitsubishi for $500 more than their older model.
        Their customer service stinks and they lie thinking you do not know what it is you are doing. They claim to be the #5 dealer but this is only possible if there were 2 dealers being rated
