Cheats, scums, and a waste of human life

I bought a car from here before I got a chance to read all the negative reviews from Yelp, Yahoo, and Citysearch. So much regret. I bought a pre-certified vehicle from here and couple of weeks later, there were problems.

I brought it to several auto shops to get it checked and those shops gave me the same diagnosis and quote saying something is wrong with the brakes. I brought that back to Infiniti and they said the autoshops are lying.

They did their own diagnosis and said the vehicle is in ""driving condition,"" even though there is a problem so they refused to fix it. They pretty much sold me a car with problems! GO SOMEPLACE ELSE!!!!

Watch for extra fees

Went into to this dealership over the weekend to do my purchase option after my lease. Had a payoff quote from the bank that was easily payable in full. I decided that I would just finance anyways and pay it off quickly. For some reason the cost of my car nearly doubled in cost and they were trying to set me up a 48 month loan. They were adding some supposedly 4000 dollar dealer fees and 3000 dollar bank fees which I was unsure off untill I came back later that day. They would not give me a break down of how they got form the payoff amount to the amount that they were trying to sell me. So I told them that I would just pay it off in full and this is when we discovered the fees. They said, (finance group, don't know their names) ""If you pay it in full, you are just going save yourself the bank fees and iterest"". They came with some bogus 4200 dollar fee saying it covers smog and license and registration. Last time I checked I never had to pay 4200 for smog, registration and license. They said that those fees are the same at every dealer. Well 2 days later coming from the concord Niello dealer, Im all payed off on my car and no stupid 4200 dollar fee and smog and license was about 100 dollars.

I never liked doing business at this place and always wish that I bought my car from concord. The whole buying exeperience from when I started my lease has been bad at this place. The only good thing here is the service section which deserves 5 stars but I'm just trying warn anyone trying to buy, to stay far away from this place or watch out for that bogus standing around got to find a way to make money fee that they are charging. To anyone trying to purchase your lease vehicle, read your paperwork carefully. On mine it says that there is 150 dollar fee option to purchase your vehicle not 4000 dollars. If you must go to this place(I recommend concord) do you homework so you know what to watch out for and ""extra"" fees that you weren't counting on

AVOID IF YOU CAN: Slippery, Dishonest, Two-Faced

PLEASE READ AND CONSIDER CAREFULLY. I am not the kind of person who likes to spend time writing this sort of thing. I am writing to help other decent people who wish to avoid wasting time and money dealing with liars.

I bought a pre-owned car from Hussain (sales manager/owner) recently. I flew hundreds of miles to pick the car up, Hussain BROKE HIS WORD and added charges that were not part of the deal we had made by phone. I was forced to pay the additional charges.

Hussain promised to send various items (or their replacement value) that were advertised with the car but could not be found on the day I picked the car up. Nothing has been received (months later) and REPEATED CALLS TO HUSSEIN (and others at the dealership) HAVE GONE UNANSWERED.

Also, it took them over 2 months TO FILE CHANGE OF OWNERSHIP WITH THE DMV - I am still waiting for my 2011 registration sticker. As the registration expired in August, we are being ticketed and pulled over repeatedly and having to explain that we are waiting on the title transfer by the dealership.

I called Infiniti of Fairfield about this - they blamed the DMV. But it turns out they hadn't started the process until 2 months after I bought the car.

Hussain LIED about fees and after sale customer service. He has not returned any of my (polite) phone messages since he made the sale.

I would not buy another car from these slippery operators AT ANY PRICE. If you must do business with Hussain or Infiniti of Fairfield, GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING and be prepared to litigate.

secrets of the car business revealed: BUYER BEWARE!

it gives me great pleasure to inform honest, hard working folks on how not to get hosed by the car dealerships. i am a former car guy, and do know a few things.
1)it is the dealership's goal to get as much $$ down possible, under the guise the it is required for a car loan or for lower payments. in fact, it take $0 down to get a loan approved! downpayment $$ is pure profit for the dealership.
2)read the fine print on your contract. some loan co will charge you an extra month's payment!
3) don't let them bump up your interest rate because you are not credit worthy. u r!
4)the average profit on a used car is $5k, and up to $10k or $15k! why not haggle down at leat $4000. they'll still make a profit.
5)if u r leasing a car, guess what? u don't need $2000 or $4000 down. in fact, you can lease with $0 down.
6)Linda is a two faced creature, kisses a lot of but if ur buying, could care less if ur not.
7)more to come when i have time, folks.
