Frank was a great salesman and very friendly, however I was appraised a certain amount for my trade-in which I was happy with and agreed to, and we spoke EXTENSIVELY about this specific amount and the other numbers that it affected. We came to an agreement on price and they drew up the paperwork and we signed it, only to find out that they still added in an extra 5000 in negative equity that should have never existed. When I called the manager, Jeff to discuss whether it was a mistake in the paperwork, he proceeded to SHOUT at me on the phone for the entire conversation claiming they never told me the number that they did and I was making it all up and if I had an issue with it then I should have brought it up when we signed. Granted, I will take the blame for not looking closer at the paperwork because I assumed it said the numbers we had previously signed on agreeing to, but the complete disrespect and lack of customer service on his part, as well as the underhanded dealing with lying to me about my trade-in value and then denying ever having told me the number we agreed to is completely despicable and horrible business practice. I strongly advise that you check everything 5 times with these people because even after you agree and sign to a number, they'll change it and not show it to you before you sign. I won't recommend this business for anyone and I feel completely taken advantage of by them. If you do still end up doing business with them, and you have any issues at any time, prepare yourself for Jeff the manager to shout at you for no reason when you calmly ask for clarification on an something because apparently that's how they do business there.

They have an updated online inventory and also offer easy installments plans for financing. Their online customer service agents need to respond queries promptly. I inquired about a new car from them about its specifications and price. I emailed twice and even called on phone. I got a response one week later even though the car was in their inventory the whole time.
If it was possible to give no stars, I would. We had a horrible experience here.. All the employees we dealt with, including the owner, had an extremely condescending and deceitful way about them. When you go to purchase a car, you want to feel good about the decision you're making. Instead, we went through the process and felt like we were being taken advantage of the whole time. The car was not as advertised online and after bringing this to their attention, they were not apologetic and instead made it seem like they were doing us a favor by taking a measly $100 off the price. Thankfully we walked away.. But that was a few wasted hours of my life I can't get back. They were dishonest and patronizing and overall the customer service was utterly deplorable.
I have had a great experience in purchasing a car from here. They have been very straightforward and honest about the vehicle, and I found it to be in great shape. The purchase went smoothly and hardly took any time at all. I would recommend anyone to purchase a car here. In fact, I plan on taking some of their business card to work.

The BMW 1999 convertible was very reasonable and in good condition. The dealer Vito made sure the car was in good running order. All the other staffs where very courteous and helpful.

Had a really good salesman named Donnie, but a full month after i had purchased the vehicle i was contacted by the finance dept. telling me there was a $98 difference in the payoff info they obtained, and the only way i could get my tags was to pay this. Since they are the ones responsible for getting the payoff info, and i had financed a vehicle for over $18k, and the car i traded they only gave me $10K for it but had sold it for $17k, i felt that since it was their mistake that they should eat that cost. Regardless i couldn't get my tags until i paid. So i did. Do not recommend this dealer to purchase a car,
