        We are Atlanta movers who have been in business for 35 years at our local office. Our staff has more than 107 years of combined experience in the moving industry. We maintain two strategically located storage facilities; one is near the airport to serve the south metro area and the other on the northeast end of Atlanta to serve the north metro area. We are the only moving company with two owned locations in the Atlanta market to serve our customers. We have the access to the largest hauling fleet utilizing our own trucks as well as access to Allied's fleet. We are also the Allied Special Products for Atlanta with more than 200,000 square feet of storage and our own cross-dock facility. Coleman American-Allied is in good standing with the Atlanta Better Business Bureau. Our notable partnerships and moving clients include Air-Tran. We have been accoladed with the Department of Defense Green Arrow Award, and are members of the Gwinett and Fayette Chambers of Commerce.         Coleman American - Allied recently moved us from Atlanta to Phoenix. It was a terrific experience from the packer to the unpacking.
        The representative that provided the quote was prompt courteous and responded promptly to all questions and even suggested a few things that we could do to reduce the cost.
        The packers were prompt and professional. The loading crew and driver were exceptional, especially the driver who took extra time to explain things and to ensure everything was done to our satisfaction.
        The driver even asked when would be available to receive our goods and asked if we would be willing to take delivery earlier than promised in the quote.
        Upon arrival in Phoenix, the driver was on time and took a lot of time and effort to make sure that the house was protected (floors, wall corners etc, prior to unloading. During offloading we experienced rain and the crew ensured that nothing was going to brought off the truck in the rain to protect furniture, etc. The crew overall went above and beyond. the whole experience was better than expected.

        DO NOT USE COLEMAN AMERICAN MOVING SERVICES!! Coleman American Moving Services handled my move from Atlanta to California. This is my 5th cross-country move with a professional moving service (packing, moving, storage, delivery). The quote for service from the Coleman team was constantly being adjusted and their service commitments were shown to be lies (delivery times, storage locations, etc.). The packing team that came to my house was supposed to pack my belongings in 2 days but instead took only 1 day and caused a catastrophic amount of damage to my furniture and belongings. Some damage occurred in my home during loading, other damage occurred in their "state of the art furniture warehouse" where boxes were somehow water damaged and over 80% crushed. I only received 1 piece of furniture that was not damaged. Many heirloom pieces were destroyed. The Allied team that picked up from the Coleman team to deliver it to California was wonderful.
