Excellent hotel of this class. New property and kept extremely clean. The front desk staff was very friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable of the area. Our stay was a week long and my co-works nor I had any complaints and never needed to call the front desk during our stay in town. I personally had the pleasure of staying in the King suite with a kitchen, which was very enjoyable and useful when I didn’t feel like eating out. The room was very spacious, the bed I can only describe as AMAZING!!! Rosa the cleaning lady, made sure my room was exceptionally clean and always left 3 bottled waters in my room. The breakfast area down stairs is spacious. Fresh fruit and all the hot and cold items, were a delicious experience for my hungry morning tummy. The manager Dafne walked around every morning making sure everyone was enjoying their stay. Needless to say they handled our group very well, the parking was adequate with some overflow on both sides. Truly one of the best Comfort Suites I have visited in a long time. I'll be back to this place and highly recommend to others when in the area.
I would recommend this hotel for anyone traveling or anyone who needs a hotel in North Houston. The hotel staff are friendly and efficient. but most of all, the stay here is wonderful the rooms are clean and comfortable. I stayed here during my relocation from Seattle to Houston and I will ce…

The manager is nice but the guard at night is rude and will make your stay unforgetable. If you have a problem don't call him he will hang up on you and make your stay as uncomfortable as he can. The manager needs to put a stop to his bad behavior. All I can say is its easier to just say NO! Plus…

My family and i stayed there while moving from Florida to Houston, and we had our Lab, abby with us. We had to find somewhere to stay that would accomidate pets because of this, so we stayed at the red roof inn. The hotel was of course not the nicest i have ever stayed at, but it was a good nigh…

This hotel was recommended by an event director in the Washington Avenue Arts District. I have never visited Houston. The hotel is very convenient to I-10, and even though my room window faced the freeway, I did not find the traffic disturbing while at my work desk or while sleeping. I did not have a rental car for a portion of my stay. Taking Uber to downtown (Museum District, Rice Village) and to the airport (Houston Hobby) was very reasonably priced. The complimentary WiFi worked reliably. I spent time also working in the lobby area, which is nicely decorated. The breakfast was no nonsense, tasty. One thing - I used the on-line reservations for my stay. Because of changing plans, I made several reservations. I found the process straightforward. As a just in case, I called the hotel and spoke to Johanna (or maybe Joanna), who verified my reservations. I let her know I may have yet another change. She was very helpful and patient. When I arrived early, she was at the front desk. It was wonderful to put a face to the voice and name. She was able to check me in early!
I'm gonna start off by saying this when I was relocated here 6mnths ago for a job I was almost in shock when I was told I had to stay here for 8 months the property was a complete mess all the way from the parking lot all the way to the closets in the rooms it was dirty and almost unpleasant ...... Then all of a sudden to my surprise things started changing and I mean almost immediately I started seeing new faces along with new smiles and then all of a sudden the baymont turned into almost a brand new property with each and every room remodelled with new carpet ,fresh mattresses brand new television and Satilite system ,new furniture and decor and guess what the office had even gotten re-do not only are the rooms so very comfortable but the staff is A+++++ mrs tomika at the front is my favorite she is very helpful and knowledgeable and I'm sure that my time here is almost over they really have made it a top notch hotel
I have stayed in many Hamptons in many locations, this by far was the nicest Hampton I have ever visited. It used to be a Comfort Inn, but Hampton Inn took it over and did a complete remodel. It looks brand-new. The rooms are beautiful, the bathrooms are gorgeous. The bathrooms have fans, which most hotels seem to leave out these days. The electronic key swipe entry is hassle-free. The fitness room is 3X the size of every other Hampton fitness room I've ever seen and it is very nicely equipped. Nice pool, snack bar, great breakfast area that is well-cared for and well-stocked. The staff was friendly and prompt. I can't say enough nice things about this location. Even the stairwells and elevators were spotless. The rooms have thermostats. And for what you are getting, the price was fabulous. The location is secure and the parking lot is gated. Easy access to downtown Houston. I will definitely stay here again!
My stay at this hotel was great. The accommodations were just perfect for my needs at the time. The lobby, front desk area, and the breakfast area were all welcoming and well kept. This is a very clean hotel and the staff were very professional, but personable, helpful and friendly. My room had plush bedding, soft pillows like I like and cozy comforters. I sleep like a baby. The spacious bathroom had upgraded toiletries and amenities and there was no problem whatsoever with the shower water temperature, even with 4 of us in the room. The convenience of an in room coffee maker and refrigerator added to our relaxing environment. Breakfast buffet was more than enough. Eggs, omelets, bacon, sausage, hot & cold cereals, fruit, yogurt, juices, milk, water, and I can go on. I will return again to this hotel that I like. Good Job, Hampton Inn & Suites.
I was in Houston for an event at ST Thomas University, in the Montrose section of the city. There were Hiltons closer but the price + parking fees had me look a little further away. I had booked the Galleria location originally but noticed this hotel the day before. Couldn't beat the price and free parking. I'd expected the Hampton Galleria to be a pretty Hi-tone property but had little expectations above a typical clean Hampton room. SURPRISE! This is probably the nicest Hampton I've ever stayed at. It's not the prettiest area, there are train tracks nearby, they have a security gate for parking but don't be fooled. I parked outside the gate, no problem. Trains were no bother either. I got a deal and it only cost me 5 minutes travel time. (one of the better breakfasts too)
It had everything my BF and I were looking for. FREE Parking, FREE Breakfast, FREE WiFi! In world where you have to pay more and given less, Hampton Inn Houston I-10/Central was a refreshing reminder you can still get an excellent deal and feel you received way more than you paid for. The Hotel allowed early check-in, excellent military discount, great tasting breakfast, AC worked great, they were able to provide highest floor room as initially requested, the hotel was not loud at all. Oh best of all, the room was CLEAN EVEN DUST FREE!!! Every time I stay at a hotel, my allergies act up my eyes swell, my nose is congested all night due to the dust in the towels and the pillows, etc, NOT AT THIS HOTEL! It was perfect! My BF and I will definitely stay here again!
It was a nice lookimg lobby the beautiful receptionist was very kind and professional as well as the tall Nigerian man at the frint desj, breakfast was good w pancakes and milk, juice ,cereal, coffe as well. The pool was cold but no fault of anyone it was clean and I did enjoy it,but One BAD APPLE CAN SPOIL THE BUNCH.I heard a fight right over the pool a female and a male yelling about what I dont know or care ?Iwent the hotels.com and paid over 50 when the daily rate is 47.00 The room was nice too but these workers had no respect for the guests,I would have rented that room twice a month equalling 1200 a year I was there on business ,too bad that happened the flowers and landscaping were gorgeous as well.
I stayed here for just one night and it was very pleasant. As soon as I walked in, I was welcomed by the sweetest person at the front desk and she helped me check-in quickly and made sure all reservations and accommodations were in perfect order. Rooms are very clean and a decent size, beds were comfy, a/c works great, and I loved the cute post-it notes on the bed frame even though they were just a generic welcome message. Regardless of being right by a busy freeway and it's a tad tricky to find the entrance to this hotel, it was indeed still a very good night to rest. Make sure to enter through the Denny's restaurant to enter into the hotel grounds (I know, it's weird).
This Hampton property seems fairly new and is very well maintained. From the exterior landscape to the interior details, it does not disappoint. The rooms were immaculately clean, nicely decorated, and the staff was efficient and friendly. We will definitely use this Houston location again and again. The complimentary breakfast is also a great start to your day. This is best bang for your bucks. It is off the Katy freeway but not too difficult to get to with your GPS. I'm a pretty picky hotel snob and can almost always find something that is not quite right but our stay was very pleasant and have nothing but good things to say!
