Operational since 1941, Young Life helps teenagers explore the spiritual dimension of life. With multiple locations across 70 countries of the world, the center's activities include camping with adventure, food, fun and are open to every teen, including teens from economically depressed communities, teens with disabilities and teenage mothers, and service projects. Its Amicus International Student Exchange program allows high school students from all over the globe to travel to the United States for a school year. Based in Fairbanks, Alaska, it offers international schooling for teens living outside their home countries and Club Beyond for teens on some military bases. The programs of Young Life come in many languages.
