Turned my dog from a hot mess to a sharp looking poodle for a fair price. They are helpful when you use the self wash area which I do most the time

BEST PLACE in Town!!

I've been taking my dogs there for over 9 years! Never EVER had a bad or disappointing experience. Some bad reviews I've read are just obsurd comments from obviously already unhappy people! This place is awesome! They know animals! They treat my dogs with complete care and they always smell great and look great! My dogs are always happy when I drop them off and pick them up! That's all that matters! Very professional work and very nice owner! Highly recommend! Have told all my friends and family about it! Worth every dollar!

Overall

Do not take your pet her. I took my outdoor working farm dog for a bath and a brush. They said they knew how to bathe and brush a Great Pyrenees. Well their grooming cost me dearly, first they quoted $80, they charged $250 when I picked him up; 2) They shaved him without my consent, see http://www.akc.org/breeds/great_pyrenees/index.cfm YOU DO NOT shave a Pyr!!! Especially an outdoor working dog. I brush my dog on a regular basis, he did not have hot spots or other bad matts. He did have natural plant matter from running my large farm, he is a working farm dog who lived outside before their horrible shaving; 3) The owner refused to tell me what she put on my dog after 3 phone messages and refused to call me outside of 10-5. 4) My dog got an infection from them cutting him in so many places, he is now on his second round of antibiotics as well as steroids from his allergic reaction to their products!!! Now I am out a vet visit and medications. I also bought a dog house in hopes he'd use it and stay out some, no go he wont, his skin is to fragile, there went another $140. Don't trust these people with your dog, they don't know anything about specific breeds needs.
