        1. no pre inspection (did not check the house condition before the cleaning service.)
        2.so judgmental made the customers feel bad.
        ( we did not let y'all clean our house for you to judge us.) p.s the manager said " holy moly , this house puts icing on the cake
        3. incomplete the job.
        (they raised the price to $1450 because the house was more work than they expected. thats why y'all need to do a pre inspection)
        4. unsecured house ( no matter if you guys finish or not before y'all leave our house you should of called us so we can lock the house but y'all did not call us until today [we had service on thurs day (September 1st) today is September 9th ]

        P.s worse customer service ever.
