        The front desk staff were very professional and nice. The doctor took the time to explain what was going on with me and let me ask questions. I never felt rushed. I would recommend this place to my friends.

        I live in the village so all of my medical and dental appointments must be spot on before hand because I fly into Fairbanks and will pay a huge amount of money to do so. This trip was centered around this Confirmed appointment here. Arrived at the office only to be told that I had the date wrong and that it was for the following month. I was refused at the door. When making the appointment I stressed how important it was that the time and date was in a certain window. I based the whole trip on this appointment so I know for a fact that I did not get the date wrong. Will not return and I am incredibly dissapointed and sad since I was hoping to find help with infertility and other emotionallly heavy issues.
