General Info: Dr. Huffer earned his M.D degree in May 2003 from the School of Medicine at the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center in Denver, Colorado. He completed his residency in Urology in June 2008 at the University of New Mexico Hospital in Albuquerque, New Mexico. In September of 2008 Dr. Huffer established his private practice in Fairbanks Alaska. He practices general urology and is currently the sole, full-time, local urologist. He manages patients for general urological problems including lower and upper urinary tract dysfunction and disease, urinary stone disease, sexual health and genitourinary malignancy. Dr. Huffer lives in the city of Fairbanks with his wife and 2 children.
