I got my whole wedding attire here. Ms. Yun was so helpful with my entire process of picking and choosing. The store is clean and she knows her inventory. Knew what size in which item she had and how many! She helped me pick out which shade of the colors I desired and ordered what wasn't on hand in the store. I felt taken care of rather than pressured into a dress or shoe I didn't want. I went to some other stores but I didn't care for the selection and PRICES!! Paparazzi's pricing was so much more realistic with my budget. I was able to get what I wanted with quality expectations. My wedding was beautiful!! I don't know what I would have done without her help, my family doesnt live in Fairbanks so I am so happy I had help. I would recommend this store to my friends and family, or strangers. You can't make everyone happy but Paparazzi sure had my wedding day on cloud nine!!!

A story about a local business, Paparazzi Boutique/ JY Fashions. I was the Maid of Honor in a wedding July of 2012. I bought three dresses and three pairs of shoes and a few accessories from Paparazzi totaling $529.84, and that does not include what the groomsmen spent on tux rental, and what she kept from the deposit(because she said they got stained) when they had been worn but had no new stains on them when returned. My problem started when I tried to return a pair of shoes that broke while I was walking down the isle. The elastic that holds the buckle to the strap around your ankle came apart an hour into wearing the shoes. I really liked the shoes and would have taken a new pair, or store credit. When I asked to return the shoes and shawl that had not been worn, she told me I was “just wearing things and then trying to return them”. I told her that I did not even take the shawl out of the bag it still even had the crease marks in it from being folded on the shelf in the store. She agreed to give me store credit for the shawl but told me that quote” I did something to the shoes” what I could have done to a pair of heels in an hour to make the strap break is beyond me. So I then tried to dispute the charge with my credit card company. When contacted she lied about the shawl and shoes. Her response was that she did in fact give me store credit for the shawl quote from the letter to my credit card company “which was clearly used, but to my eye the shoe strap looked like it was cut it looked to clean to be ripped.” I’m not sure that if I was going to try to return a pair of shoes, why I would cut the strap before hand? I also thought that after I spent over five hundred dollars at her store she would be willing to help me with a miss stitched pair of shoes to keep my business. Unfortunately my credit card company could not help me any further because there was really no way to prove either side. I hope this helps anyone who is thinking of doing business with Paparazzi Boutique or JY Fashions. They do not stand behind the products they sell, and will not even try to help you if you have a problem.
