Lovely Nails

First time I ever tried them and it's my last. I walked in, was greeted I picked out a color and was told to sit. I asked if she could do a design she said yes. So she starts taking off old polish and pushed up my cutilcules so hard I had to tell her too hard. She asked if I wanted a manicure, sure. She said you need gel and its 30. And 5 more for French. I said ok now she causes pain again by jamming the tool into my big toe. I screamed and tried to move and she kept working. I told her it hurts she said over soon. Now the filing, scraped all my toes hard too. Now comes the leg massage..ouch! Told her several times to stop,. Now manicure, hands were placed in a bowl for 1 min and again the cuticles. Still no design, I ask she says lets do manicure first. Manicure was a joke told her three times to make the lines bigger she says it's hard, huh. Her reg customer comes in and I'm left in the dust. Oh yeah my design on my toe. 5 dots in the middle and 2 on the side. Wow. Stay away

I have been going to them since they first opened, They have managed to fit me in on my work schedule and that alone is very hard, they manage to make things right! Thanks Tommy and Ethan!!!
