        Pretty easy

        Had not used a collection agency before so hard to compare. Got set up easy, no cost, etc.. Got paid on 2 of my 3 accounts - is this average? Could see my accounts online and talked to customer service twice with no problems. I liked that a lawyer was working on my cases.
