No longer have him as my Dr it was short lived needless to say . It took 2 months for them to even see me after I told them I wasn't feeling well . His bedside manner well he had none .
I was assigned Dr Banda by my plan, "Anthem Blue Cross" I absolutely loved him. He is a great Doctor, unlike many other doctors I've had in the past that usually rush me through the visit and don't actually listen. So many times I've been to doctors that already have it made up in their mind how they want to diagnose me without even listening to what I have to say and nothing ever gets treated properly. I loved that he wasn't like that. THAT BEING SAID... don't sign up with him because the reception area staff is lazy, they don't return calls, they act like they don't want you there, they act like you are a nuisance, they act like their time is more important than yours, they talk and gab the whole time you are there and won't buckle down and get things moving efficiently and you are left there to wait for hours for your appointment. They are rude unfriendly and full of themselves. For AN ENTIRE MONTH/TWICE A WEEK, I left messages saying that my meds were almost out, and that I needed him to sign my disability paperwork and I was having stomach pain and they never called me back.... NEVER! Doc Banda said he was willing to sign the disability paperwork after looking at the MRI, however, I made the mistake of switching to another doctor before having him sign the paperwork because those wenches in the front wouldn't let me get with him about it or even call me back, (I guess I should have walked in then, instead of switching doctors first, but WHO HAS TO DRIVE 20 miles to make an appointment after calling for a month with no call back?) I was upset. But I decided to walk into their office with fruit from my tree and a smile to ask if they would ask Dr Banda to sign the paperwork and they said they couldn't because He wasn't my doctor anymore. They wouldn't let me talk to him. In my opinion they were keeping him from me so he wouldn't know how I was being treated. I explained to them how many messages I left and all the lady at the window would say to me was...and I quote... "Well, I never heard any of the messages myself, I don't know what to tell you", then she told me she wasn't the person who does call backs. I asked her if she would find out about it and she said they were too busy and that she was sorry. I said goodbye and walked out and I cried in my car for an hour before I was able to drive away, you have no idea the disability I'm living with and how hard it's been to get this going. The new doctor I have is making me go through all that crap over again and I'm going to lose part of my settlement due to lapse of time. I'm suing those ladies in the front after I get my case established for the money they caused me to loose.

You are correct, Paul! I was a new patient today and everything I heard and seen was very wrong for a professional physician's practice. He actually yelled at me and told me to hush up when I was trying to explain my injury to him. Staff wipes their noses with their bare hands and then touch your identification. Very "homey" atmosphere with children of employees running around patient rooms. I had an appointment that I was 30 minutes early for and the only patient at the time. i was not seen until 85 minutes later and didn't get my problems resolved anyway. He left me in a room without instruction of next step for 45 minutes. Then a nurse told me I was all done. He would benefit from having a partner there as back up. Staff talk about patients just beyond patient's door.
Can you imagine your worst doctor office experience? Multiply it by 10! Everything people are saying about this guy is exactly right on.Run from this den of horrors.
Dr.banda was very confrontational. Very non compassionate. Insulting non understanding . Hippocratic oath more like mock you instead. His nursing staff losses appointments, then blames the patient. Very bad doctor
