        Cattleman’s Steakhouse at Indian Cliffs Ranch is on the “Must See” list for anyone living in or traveling through West Texas. Kids will have a blast at the huge Fort Apache playground and Indian Maze. On Sundays, we have hayride tours out to the Courage Under Fire movie set and surrounding cliffs. Cattleman’s features award-winning aged, hand-cut, Prime and Choice steaks; mouth watering mesquite-smoked BBQ; and delicious seafood and lobster. We also have a children’s menu for the little cowboys and Indians.
