I bought a $ 8.99 Lobster Roll. When I started eating it, I choked on a large piece of cartilage, 1.5"x.75". I managed to cough it out , and before I was through, there was another smaller bony piece in the sandwich as well. At this point I was miles from the Exeter store, so I called to explain to a manager who offered no help or refund at all, only excuses "that it was not made there". I will be following up with corporate on this matter. He could have at least said he was sorry and offered to give my money back. Also the caramel iced coffee I ordered was almost milk-white with very little coffee flavor. I commented on that and they made an excuse: "that's the way it comes" again, and made no attempt to make the coffee darker or better. Poor service.
