The office mgrs were Very Helpful and Pleasant! We're looking forward to moving in (HOPEFULLY) VERY SOON!
The apts and grounds here are well maintained, and apts have SO MUCH MORE SPACE & are well kept, than where we are now.!

I have to agree with SMA517b about the appearance of this property. I lived there for a number of years and still have friends that live there. I visit my friends regularly and the place looks like the ghetto. Drains hanging from the buildings, dumpsters always full (people pulling up in run down trucks to dumpster dive and nothing done by management about it), I know that the place has not been painted for a number of years and it shows. The place is really run down since the new management took over. Wanda and Whitey were very good managers when they were in the office there. Not very well kept for the outrageous rent they charge if you are fortunate enough to pay to full rent. My friends are slowly moving to better communities. Only a few left now and they are so disgusted with the way the place is run that they are looking elsewhere too. I have been told that they are pet friendly ( small pets only under 25 lbs.) now with a 200.00 deposit and a monthly pet fee. It is supposed to be small animals and I have seen Husky's and German Shepherds on the property. That is not a small animal. The park is so run down that the children are rarely seen in it.

I personally moved when they brought in the new manager a few years ago. She is supposed to be a so called Christian woman but the actions I have witnessed myself and been told by friends is a whole other story. She is on a power trip and I fear she will fall of the pedestal she has put herself on when the residents wise up and turn her into HUD for the way she has let the place go. I have one friend that has been turning in to management a number of repairs that need done in her apartment for over a year now and still nothing being done about it. She is disgusted about it but feels that she is being treated poorly because she is low income and you get treated like you have the plague when you are poor.. If you are not low income and can afford to pay full rent, I would recommend that you choose another community. If you have small children I would also recommend that you look elsewhere. It is a drug and alcohol community. Local law enforcement is as big a joke as this community. It deserves a rating of a negative 10 with this management team.

No Flowers or Shrubery planted, kinda dull and blah in appearance

My Opinion) Well I'm a little confused about this property.Seemed like the place to live until you actually movie in, then you start( Or I did) to see things that are a little conflict of interest here.Like the NO PETS policy, but you see pets everywhere yet you're told you can't have one????Then theres the no repairs on vehicles( which I understand) and ALL VEHICLES must be LEGALLY TAGGED and in running condition. I Understand this too, but a little confused about the LEGALLY TAGGED PART. You see managers daughter has a car that has been tagged out of state for quite some time and not LEGALLY REGISTERED in the STATE of MO.SO does this mean that the car is legal in the state of Missouri or not(Been more than 6 months now).Theres a lot more I could comment on about this place ( happenings here) but at this point I'm a little confused about whos manager here right now...The one who takes the rent each month or her daughter.(daughter has her own input to people about what they may or may not do here, like telling you what to do).So do we as tennents answer to manager or daughter??? Very confusing. Everyone has their own opinion or question I guess.
