Definitely check this place out. I purchased a vehicle from these guys and they were honest and helpful. All the paperwork was done on site, quickly and easily and I was driving away with my car. I appreciated their professional approach. They have stayed in contact with me even after I purchased the car and helped to resolve any issues or concerns, they were there to answer the questions. These guys take pride in their company and will do what they can to make your car buying experience go smooth before and after the purchase. Good honest people. Thanks Mark!
Searching for a used auto is often a frustrating experience due to high pressure salespeople. I really appreciate the way Ron runs his business at Broadway Auto Sales. No pressure here and you can roam the lot checking vehicles without anyone hovering over you. I found good used autos with fair prices in the 3-5K range. I recommend Ron and his business to anyone looking for inexpensive used transportation. If you don't find the ride you're looking for then it's no hassle to move on.. I like that..
Mike and Jay were wonderful to work with in the sales and closing process. Mike was exceptional in his professional communication with me, which I really appreciated. I've been in customer service for over 30 years and I know exceptional customer service when I receive it. Jay was also fabulous to work with during the "dance" of negotiation. I was able to purchase a great vehicle, at a reasonable price, within my budget. Thank you, Bayside!
I just bought my second automobile from B.A.S. and it was an amazing experience. I am now the proud owner of a 2002 Buick LeSabre. The car was extra-clean and runs like a dream. I have decided that the unofficial slogan for this car heaven should be, "Ron don't sell no junk!" His lot is fairly small, but he has some SA-weet inventory. I feel I received an excellent deal on this automobile, and Ron is just so very friendly. Once again, I can't recommend this well-kept secret enough. My friends recently purchased a car from him - and they live in Tacoma. No pressure, I promise, and the cars are wonderful!
Bought a Tacoma in Oct ‘17 from Ross. No high pressure, gave me all the car fax history without asking, price was a little below KBB which made it $2500 cheaper than the dealer 2 miles south. So all in all pretty painless and we feel we got a good truck for a fair price. I would buy here again.
The best, most honest car dealership in the greater Puget Sound region. Ron is very honest about his inventory and seems to have only clean, low-mile cars in his lot. The prices are always right, and the staff is very friendly. I am about to purchase my second vehicle from here, and I was shown every single vehicle within my interest and price range. There was absolutely no pressure. So, if you are tired of the BS and high-ball sales people at other dealerships, it's worth the trip to Everett!
Last month we purchased a 2000 Ford Expedition from this place. We loved dealing with them, and you can see from my reviews that I've dealt with a lot of shops. What I loved most about this place was how chill everything was. We found the car on the lot, and then found the sales person to test drive two vehicles (the Ford and a Suburban). We drove them and then decided to think on it overnight which was no problem. I repeat, NO PROBLEM. There was no "so what can I do to get you in a car today?" or "BUT WAIT! What if we add _____?" The next day my fiance went back and had the car inspected, which didn't bring up any issues. The negotiation process was painless, and he drove away with that car that night.
Very professional and knowledgeable. Great prices!! Had a great experience with no hassles in buying my car. Thank you American Pharaoh
I bought a land rouver 2006 last year, with 4 months of use it blew and the concert was at 7 thousand dollars. I returned to independence and went to complain. They had the biggest disregard for me that they could not do anything to help me. So I said I wanted another car, and they sold me a Mercedes E350 2008. They asked me for $ 4,000, which the financier had asked for. Then I discovered that I bought a car worth $ 10,000 and sold for $ 19,000. The summary is owing 31 thousand dollars for financial with a car that is worth 10 thousand dollars. This company does not care about its customers and they are not honest.
Good: Taylor was a cool sales guy. Love my car. The buying experience was fine...it wasn't until after...that it was HORRIBLE....Bad: Terrible follow up. Terrible communication. Terrible service department (Sam, she doesn't have a clue) Carlos, sucks out loud. Deejay, the 'manager' said my paperwork was lost for the agreed repairs on my car. Bottom line, they could do better. One thing to be a shady car sales place, but at least mask it with amazing customer service.
