AWFUL STAFF. I think the personal has lost their " Respect" They treat clients with rudeness ' as if your a child . They just don't act professional. They charge you a larger fee then Quoted on the Paper you receive from prosecutors office. I went in there to get 10 hours of community service , Why do I have to pay this company to be the middle man. They are under staffed " only in Everett location 11-3 one day a week. ..Please talk to your lawyer and they HAVE alternatives programs " service you can use" .. We were so badly dis respected by this company " I had to write a review and then she writes the prosecutor stating non-sense. I'm writing this because I don't want others to be treated this way or feel discourage. If someone doesn't stand up, this this action will continue
