Everett Luxury Nail & Spa

After pedicure yesterday and all the slush from the snow, we got stuck. Staff from salon came out with shovels to help immediately(didn't work) a good Samaritan came by and pulled us out with a rope. Staff at Luxury Nail and Spa offered him a free pedicure for helping!! What great kindness from both. Also, a very good pedicure.

Have been going to Everett Luxury spa and nauls for a coupke months. Had gotten my nails grow out pretty well till today when I went in for a mani-pedi the girl is doing my nails and asked me if I wanted them cut which I replied NO. She starts filing them then starts cutting them so far back Im going to have to get gel nails again till they grow out. Have never been so pissed off!!!!

I love the pedicure and manicure, I will go back again, and again.

Can I give this place no stars? Seriously the WORST nail salon I have ever gone too. Not only were the staff rude to me, especially the owner Michelle who fought with me over how my nails should be, but they did a horrible job. She was very rough with my hands, cut my cuticles and didn't even try to put nails on that fit. The job was rushed through and she didn't even bother to push back my cuticles and didn't put on enough acrylic. Not even a week after I got them done my nails were lifting so I went back to have her fix the poor job she did and she tried to pass it off as "regular nail growth" since when do nails grow sideways? Then insisted I pay to have them fixed. On top of all that I had to wait for a half an hour before she would even see me then left me sitting in the chair while she took care of other people. I will never go back to there again!

Have never walked out unhappy.!

The best nail salon I can think of in Washington. I tried those big nail salon in Lynwood, but they are nothing like the Everett Luxury Nails. They provide the best Pedicure and Nail services. They are so buzy, fast and accurate on what they do.

The "Luxury Pedicure" was awesome--They took care of my ingrown toes nail.

I love getting my nails done at Everett Luxury Nails & Spa--I am so happy that my husband bought me $ 250 worth of Gift Certificates.

My first visit at Everett Luxury Nails & Spa is wonderful, the Salon is really clean and relaxing. I got a set of "full-set" and a "Luxury Spa" pedicure. They did a wonderful job on me. They are such a nice and friendly people, they make me feel so welcome.

They have 9 employees that works there, I never seen a nails salon that have that much employees. This is a really busy nails salon, while I was there; they have 20 customers on tables and plus so many waited in the waiting area. I know they are that good to earn that much customers. Keep up the good work.

Everett Luxury Nail & Spa is a nice establishment with a tropical theme, I HAD been a long time customer. During the time I went there, I had several problems with my nails, sometimes they were an uneven length, had ridges in the acrylic, and were very thick. The technicians were nice, so I kept going back and made no complaints. My last service was a fill, the first on a full set of brand new nails. Within two days the new acrylic had separated from all my nails where they had been filled, and one had broken while I was opening my refrigerator door. I thought well, they must have forgotten a step, and since such a short time had passed they would surely fix them for me. Based on the distance away that I live, I decided to call first to inquire about their policies on such circumstances. The manager assured me that they would fix them at no charge to me since it had only been a few days since my fill. Upon arrival I informed them that I had called, and told them my name. There was a wait, so I sat down. The same technician (and manager) who had preformed the service came over to look at my nails. With a very condescending and rude tone she said they would only fix the broken one, the rest were "normal", could be "covered up" with a polish change and that I would need to wait 15 minutes. If I had wanted a solid color on my nails I would not have paid extra for a french manicure and designs. I told her I knew it was not right, and that I have never had any similar problems in all of the time I have been getting my nails done (6+ years). Still she refused to do anything more than the original offer. I was shocked, but still maintained a pleasant attitude hoping that she would realized I just wanted the problem fixed.



I did wait for a short period of time, but decided that since the problem was not going to be alleviated, I should just leave. In disbelief, I walked out. As I was driving I saw a sign for the grand opening of a new salon (Cristina's Nails) only a few minutes away, so I decided to see if they could help me. I talked to the lady, who was very nice, about what had happened. She was shocked, and right away agreed with me that it was not normal for my nails to be separating. I ended up having her redo the fill, she did a great job, and was able to get all of the bad acrylic. They also have a promotion for a free french manicure, or airbrush designs. :-)



Needless to say, I will NEVER go back to Everett Luxury Nail & Spa!!!!

I got pedicure done at so many different places and they all just the same, they just used basic lotion and a quick message. I don't really like it. However, at Everett luxury Nails & Spa the pedicure is advanced. They use Sea salt, sea salt oil and lotion to combine in one message to give a good pedicure. The best place to get your pedicure done.

They have the best selection of color tips nails; I got a "white pearl" set of full-set wiht GEL and it turned out really nice. It looks so natural. I love it.

I went there to have the pedicure and it was the best thing I've done. The Luxury Pedicure comes with the parafin wax which makes my feet really soft.

Great place to get your nails & pedicure done. Great people with great experienced about nails. They make you feel so welcome when you go there.

I got a full set of nails there and they were very thick. They filled them and were still thick. The third time they sold me some sort of Gel covering for $5 and it immediately chipped off my french manicure making it look trashy
