My wife and I were browsing online and came across a few vehicles we liked. My wife decided to call in to make sure the vehicles were still on the lot. She spoke to a very nice gentlemen which he answered all of her questions the best he could. So we set up an appointment with him. When we got there, he greeted us and introduced us to a salesmen that was very knowledgable. I have to admit, this was one of the best dealerships we've been to during our month long process of finding the right car. I would highly recommend this dealership.
I am very impressed with this dealership. I really feel like I received 5 star service. They picked me up from the airport and once I got to the dealership the paperwork was quick. Taylor and Brandon did a get job. They were not pushy and explained everything before I arrived. I found their vehicle on a website called cargurus and the vehicle was way less then others. This was the reason I came from Denevr to get it. good job!
Customer service here is great! I was speaking with one of their online representative and he was VERY helpful. Anyway, I was looking for a particular GMC Sierra for my son which he said was just sold and he offered me similar vehicles which they had on the lot. My wife and I decided to come take a look at one he had mentioned and nevertheless, this one was a lot better than the one we originally called in for. I would highly recommend this dealership.
Good all around customer service. I set up my deal with one of the sales reps kennoret. I believe that's how you spell his name. He put it all together and then once I weant to the dealership I worked with Brandon. He's a very easy going sales person. We did the paperwork and was done within 40 mins. They really just made it super easy to buy a car and I'm impressed.
Having bought from Clyde Revord GMC in the past, I recommended my parents to the dealership. I introduced them to Tom. they were very impressed with the manner that he treated them. He was patient, informative and did not pressure them to finalize the sale. They visited other dealerships and was completely turned off by the manner that they were treated. Tom listened to their needs and wants and sold them the exact car that they wanted. I'd go back and I'd recommend Tom.
I have never written a review before but with my experience here, I just have to! Dan was so knowledgable and didn't pressure us at all. He even let us take the truck over night to make sure we love it before we signed! Came back the next day and was in and out. No long hours sitting around waiting for the typical dealership process. Definitely recommending my friends and family to Clyde Revord. I love the family atmosphere they have even with their customers. Great Job to all of the staff that helped us with our purchase! :)
I have to say the fear of going to a Dealership for repairs is always an uneasy feeling. Kai is always excellent in making sure to keep me knowledgeable and informative on things with my car. His time expectations for repairs are prompt and he puts himself into the customer situations at all times. I will definitely keep coming to him for all my car service needs. I really think that this service department sets an example for what dealers should be like.
The franchise dealership that I work for now didn't have a truck that would fit my needs or my families. I decided to outsource and take a look around. I got a text message from Tyler who is a sales person at this dealership. This guy is rude, unprofessional, and thinks he's funny with snide remark's. I had $26,000 plus a trade-in, I offered $1000 off their asking price and was all but laughed at. I also asked if I could get a ballpark trade-in value before I made a three hour trip to this dealership. This ignorant sales person that thinks it's OK to talk to customers and treat people the way I was treated is texting me as I'm writing this and now asking me not to write this review and talk to his manager because he knows he was in the wrong. Customers are who keeps the lights on, food in their families's stomachs, and a roof over their head. To be treated the way I was I will make sure that this dealership is now known for how they treat people.
I have bought several vehicles from this dealer and every time it's a great experience. Their prices are way lower than the other dealers and without the hassle of the back and forth. All my friends said Chevy was a lot cheaper than gmc. However, the last Yukon I bout was 1000 less than the Tahoe that I was quoted on. Just all around great service. Thanks Revord motors
Im writing because im very disappointed with im a first time purchasing a vehicle on my own at first they were very nice to me and Mia will call me everyday trying to sell me a car and when I finally bought a car less than a year the car was giving me little minor problems and I will call the service department and I want to trade the vehicle in and they just keep giving me the runaround and that the service department told me to go to another dealership to get my car fixed cuz they don't specialize in the certain kind of card that be sold me as a single mom of two kids is very disappointing and kind of heartbreaking all I wanted was to buy a dependable vehicle and now after less than the year of owning this vehicle is kind of giving me and that's my only vehicle I have so I called to see if there was other options and she told me to go online and apply on the application it's so disappointing because when I really wanted help there was no help but they really wanted to help me in purchasing a car but he didn't really want to help me I'm fixing the car that I purchased from there to worship
Very impressed! Honest guys and very trusting. Quality work. I took my GMC in as it was making loud noises when I would start it in the morning and after they inspected it, the problem was a compressor and a belt. EXPENSIVE! but their quote was very fair and i still could not afford it. I told him i would try to bring it back in when I have all of the money, but Steve offered to break it up in payments!! Finally I have a great mechanic!
Excellent dealership. I bought a 2012 GMC Sierra from Tom. Hes a super nice guy and knows a lot about the trucks. The process was pretty easy and I feel like I got a good buy. No one there was too pushy with me. Tom even helped me set up my Onstar and bluetooth. Happy with my purchase and dealership.
don't get your car serviced at Clyde Revord Motors. They told me that 2 things neede to be replaced and it would cost me $1100, but when I brought it to another reliable mechanic, I was told that only 1 needed to be replaced according to the tests that were run and it would cost me about $200. Really! I won't be going back. Besides, they charged me over $100 to determine this even though I had told them which lights had come on and they ran a bunch of other tests that they said were "routine and didn't cost anything. Right!
I was so happy to get my truck serviced here, after some bad experiences at other shops, and thinking the "dealership" would be way more expensive I realized they were cheaper and actually got the job done right the first time. In and out and back on the road. No wonder Clyde Revord has been in business for so long. My Dad was right!
