In requesting a quote with one of their customer service representatives and describing the problems I had endured with my water heater, they were not only able to diagnose the problem over the phone, but they didn't sell me on services I didn't need either. They were professional, kind, caring, and cost-effective. They were able to have one of their technicians dispatched to my house and were able to repair my water heater for a fraction of the cost other companies had previously quoted me. Painless and quick! I would 100% recommend the guys at Big Sky Plumbing. I walked out to a puddle under my hot water heater. Barry took my call on a Sunday. Asked me a series of questions then had me text over some photos. He was able to get back to me with a price for replacement and i set up an appointment for first thing Monday morning. The whole process was seamless and quick. I could not be more happy with the work was done and would absolutely use them again in the future.
