Washing machine repair. Service was good. Repair was done quickly. Like taking a car to a dealer the 10 minutes labor cost was $90 to replace a easily accessable $60 replacement part. Only complaint was cost.

I had a problem with my washing machine. They came and diagnosed the problem and patiently explained what the problem was and what my options were. All of my questions and concerns were answered in a courteous and professional manner. I felt like I was being treated honestly and given great advice . I never once felt like I was being pressured in any manner. As it ended up, I will end up purchasing a new machine, however I would not hesitate to call this company again if I ever have any appliance problems.

He came out to my home when i called in a panic one evening because my fridge wasn't staying that cold. He fixed my problem and was very friendly, courteous, informative and reasonable on his rates. I would highly recommend him to anyone with any appliance problem
