Sold me a used car with 1 key and told me after the contract was signed only 1 key was being provided. Acted like they didn't know. Tried to give me a higher interest rate but when I questioned it, they gave me a lower one. Then called me back 7 days later and told me they could not give me the lower interest rate as it was not available. Had to send someone up to me to resign all of the paperwork. And lastly, the vehicle I was getting was supposed to be a Ford Certified used vehicle. That would be great if the air conditioning worked. Luckily it was under warranty, so I had to waste my time taking it to the dealer to get fixed. Overall, terrible experience with all of the above including being threatened by the General Manager and another salesperson with taking my contract/vehicle away from me after the contract was signed. Would not recommend this place to anyone. Your typical car/used car salesman experience.

Worst people to work with ever. Especially Steve in service, he doesn't know what he is talking about and is complete garbage. After performing a 90k service (all fluids replaced) on my 4runner, my radiator fluid leaked out while driving. I had to get it towed because it stopped running. After clamping the hose back on and filling up the radiator fluid, Steve (the Rodland service advisor) said it was my fault and not their's even though they changed ther radiator fluid 2 days earlier. These guys will say whatever to cover themselves. They have no knowledge, no honesty, and are complete idiots.
I would recommend this as a place to do business. I have bought a few vehicles here and have always been happy with my purchase. They are not pushy at all. The customer service is excellent!
Id recommend doing busy with this dealership because they are very professional and treat customers better than most car dealerships.
I initially was exposed to Brien Ford because of a warranty service issue on a previous car and was impressed by their customer service. That customer engagement extends all the way to the showroom.The Internet Sales team were professional and super responsive both during the initial research phase and when it came time to make a purchase. Where many dealers would try to push you to get a car on their lot, they went the extra mile to find the vehicle I wanted and provided all the information I needed to make an informed decision. When it came time to discuss add-ons and financing, the typically onerous task of dealing with the money guy was uncharacteristically low-key and customer-centric.
My wife and I were browsing online and came across a few vehicles we liked. My wife decided to call in to make sure the vehicles were still on the lot. She spoke to a very nice gentlemen which he answered all of her questions the best he could. So we set up an appointment with him. When we got there, he greeted us and introduced us to a salesmen that was very knowledgable. I have to admit, this was one of the best dealerships we've been to during our month long process of finding the right car. I would highly recommend this dealership.
I am very impressed with this dealership. I really feel like I received 5 star service. They picked me up from the airport and once I got to the dealership the paperwork was quick. Taylor and Brandon did a get job. They were not pushy and explained everything before I arrived. I found their vehicle on a website called cargurus and the vehicle was way less then others. This was the reason I came from Denevr to get it. good job!
Customer service here is great! I was speaking with one of their online representative and he was VERY helpful. Anyway, I was looking for a particular GMC Sierra for my son which he said was just sold and he offered me similar vehicles which they had on the lot. My wife and I decided to come take a look at one he had mentioned and nevertheless, this one was a lot better than the one we originally called in for. I would highly recommend this dealership.
Good all around customer service. I set up my deal with one of the sales reps kennoret. I believe that's how you spell his name. He put it all together and then once I weant to the dealership I worked with Brandon. He's a very easy going sales person. We did the paperwork and was done within 40 mins. They really just made it super easy to buy a car and I'm impressed.
I use their shop a lot and always get good service when I go there. I haven't bought a vehicle there yet but my friends have and were very happy with the way they do business.
