Im writing because im very disappointed with im a first time purchasing a vehicle on my own at first they were very nice to me and Mia will call me everyday trying to sell me a car and when I finally bought a car less than a year the car was giving me little minor problems and I will call the service department and I want to trade the vehicle in and they just keep giving me the runaround and that the service department told me to go to another dealership to get my car fixed cuz they don't specialize in the certain kind of card that be sold me as a single mom of two kids is very disappointing and kind of heartbreaking all I wanted was to buy a dependable vehicle and now after less than the year of owning this vehicle is kind of giving me and that's my only vehicle I have so I called to see if there was other options and she told me to go online and apply on the application it's so disappointing because when I really wanted help there was no help but they really wanted to help me in purchasing a car but he didn't really want to help me I'm fixing the car that I purchased from there to worship
I have never had a better car buying experience. Klein Honda blew me away. Everyone was very pleasant, personable and helpful. Our salesman Rich Leavitt listened to my needs and wants and showed me exactly what I wanted to see. We looked through the front lot, the back of the lot, and behind the back of the lot. No stone was left unturned. I test drove 2 vehicles with no pressure, and bought the 2nd one. They got it to fit my budget, and again there was no hand wringing or pressure. We walked in to Klein Honda after 3 weekends of looking, and they easily had the largest selection. I'm looking forward to doing business with Klein Honda and Rich Leavitt when it comes time to purchase my next car, and I'd encourge you to do the same.
I initially was exposed to Brien Ford because of a warranty service issue on a previous car and was impressed by their customer service. That customer engagement extends all the way to the showroom.The Internet Sales team were professional and super responsive both during the initial research phase and when it came time to make a purchase. Where many dealers would try to push you to get a car on their lot, they went the extra mile to find the vehicle I wanted and provided all the information I needed to make an informed decision. When it came time to discuss add-ons and financing, the typically onerous task of dealing with the money guy was uncharacteristically low-key and customer-centric.
Why are there only five stars? I would go to eleven because this was the best experience of purchasing a car. Their financial representative, Jake started the process by determining which car our son could afford. Kelly was our sales representative and she made sure that everything was complete and acceptable. During this process we were treated to lattes and conversation. The car my son drove home was the perfect match and we all love it. We've bought a lot of cars over our lifetimes and Brien is now our must-see dealer. They inspire confidence and trust!!
My wife and I were browsing online and came across a few vehicles we liked. My wife decided to call in to make sure the vehicles were still on the lot. She spoke to a very nice gentlemen which he answered all of her questions the best he could. So we set up an appointment with him. When we got there, he greeted us and introduced us to a salesmen that was very knowledgable. I have to admit, this was one of the best dealerships we've been to during our month long process of finding the right car. I would highly recommend this dealership.
I have never written a review before but with my experience here, I just have to! Dan was so knowledgable and didn't pressure us at all. He even let us take the truck over night to make sure we love it before we signed! Came back the next day and was in and out. No long hours sitting around waiting for the typical dealership process. Definitely recommending my friends and family to Clyde Revord. I love the family atmosphere they have even with their customers. Great Job to all of the staff that helped us with our purchase! :)
Having bought from Clyde Revord GMC in the past, I recommended my parents to the dealership. I introduced them to Tom. they were very impressed with the manner that he treated them. He was patient, informative and did not pressure them to finalize the sale. They visited other dealerships and was completely turned off by the manner that they were treated. Tom listened to their needs and wants and sold them the exact car that they wanted. I'd go back and I'd recommend Tom.
I have to say the fear of going to a Dealership for repairs is always an uneasy feeling. Kai is always excellent in making sure to keep me knowledgeable and informative on things with my car. His time expectations for repairs are prompt and he puts himself into the customer situations at all times. I will definitely keep coming to him for all my car service needs. I really think that this service department sets an example for what dealers should be like.
Customer service here is great! I was speaking with one of their online representative and he was VERY helpful. Anyway, I was looking for a particular GMC Sierra for my son which he said was just sold and he offered me similar vehicles which they had on the lot. My wife and I decided to come take a look at one he had mentioned and nevertheless, this one was a lot better than the one we originally called in for. I would highly recommend this dealership.
