When he came to the house for the initial estimate he was prompt, curteous and extremely knowledgeable. This is an outstanding company. The office administrator is great and a pleasure to work with. The HVAC tech, Andy, was extremely knowledgeable. They did not push me towards any particular model. They gave me all the facts and the pros and cons and let me choose what was best for my family & budget. They installed on-time and within their quoted price. Both HVAC techs that came to my house were very professional and patient. They also made sure they left the work area as neat (maybe neater) than when they started. I HIGHLY recommend these guys. We hired them through Home Depot, but next time I will contact them directly. Thank you Schiff for a wonderful new HVAC unit and install.
