One of the few "Remaining" Father and Son owned shops left around. Hands downBest Power EQUIPMENT store in the tri state. No, the outside of the building isn't bright and fancy, but it doesn't need to be. The folks at R&D have more experience than any other power equipment store around (30+ yrs exp) and are BY FAR the FRIENDLIEST people you will meet. Not to mention the fact that they have most parts in stock for echo, Briggs, snapper, lawnboy, mtd, ect. If not the parts ship within a couple days. I speak from personal experience, as I've used them. Over a dozen times and have never been dissapointed. Do yourself a favor and use these guys and get it right the first time.
