Mark Coles Autoglass

Terrible service. Made an appointment. Drove all the way in there to find out the lady never wrote down my name in the book. Wanted to give me a discount to bring it in another day. Ill take my money elsewhere.

I have had several cars done here before with no problem, but it has been a couple of years. I recently took my camaro in to get it done and have had nothing but trouble with them. The first time i took it on they messed up my back glass, passenger, and my visor tint that is 3 out of 4 windows they did. I took it back and after some struggle they replaced them. When it got done again the passenger window and visor tint looked.

The back glass on the other hand had a ton of bubbles in it so i gave it the two weeks and it didnt get better. I took it in and had one of there guys look at and he said they would fix it. I took it in at 8 which was my time slot. I went in at 11 to check on it and they hadnt even started and said to check back at 1 so i went home and got a call at 12 saying the owner looked at it and didnt see anything wrong and that they werent replacing it. He said the air bubbles in the tint werent air bubble which they are. The lady at the front desk is very rude and has no clue what she is doing. The owner is rude and doesnt respect his customers. The only person who was nice there was a kid named cole he was very understanding and knows what he is doing. after my past experience i would never recommend them to anyone and they will never touch one of my cars again

This business is unprofessional. If you ever need to get your car windows tinted go somewhere else. I had an appointment with them at 8:00 AM, their opening time, and when I got there their door was still locked. That wasn't so much a big deal because I did arrive about five minutes early. So while I sat there and waited two different employees seen me waiting. Actually one the them, I believe the guy who runs it, moved his motorcycle from inside the building, went back in, and then moved his truck from across the alley. I stayed there to 8:07 to be exact before I left because surely someone seen me out there waiting. About 30 minutes into me being home I got a call from them and during my discussion with the receptionist, in which I explained to her what happened, she told me my clock must be fast because both her and Dave were there at 7:50. Their service was so bad I feel that it's only necessary that I leave this review to hopefully forewarn others of making a bad decision of calling this company for their services. I will never recommend this company to anyone.

A bunch of low life jerks. I go in there one day, and they said that they would charge me $120 to tint my windows. That was to strip what was already on there, and to tint what I wanted. I ended up not being able to do it that day, so I call them in a couple weeks. Now it's $160. So I go in there, and they say it will be $200. I tell them, but you told me $160 over the phone, they say, well if you pay with cash, it will only be $160. So I say okay, and so I go back in there to pick up my car, Mark Cole was in there, and he charged me $200, even after I told him that the other guy that was there earlier told me it would be $160. What a bunch of low life's. Will not be going back. I will be sure to tell all my friends in the car business to not go there! Btw, they said that they would call me when they were finished, I did not get a call, and ended up waiting 6 hours!!! I had to call them.

I live over an hour away and work in Evansville. On a whim I called Mark Cole's to see if he could get a new truck I had just purchased in and out on the same day. They were more than happy to accommodate me on short notice and even called ma back when they knew for sure that they could get me in. I selected Mark Cole's after a friend of mine had his vehicle tinted and you could not tell that it was not a factory tint. I give them an A+

We are so discouraged by our experience with Mark Cole's Auto Glass. From the first phone call we had trouble getting in touch with Mark. The girl that answers the phone is unable to help with anything and she either doesn't give him messages or he is lousy at returning phone calls. We had the windows done on our house. He quoted us $600--it ended up being $700. Which works to about $100/hr because he was here about that long. My husband had to give him a sheet to catch drips so we wouldn't have a mess all over our wood floors. He should provide his own 'catch' cloth & clean up any messes. I asked about a warranty before he left & he said that he warrantied the work & the manufacturer of the tint warrantied the tint, but that the warranty would be mailed to us---it never was. I wrote a check before he left, why can't I get my 'warranty' before he left? He said all the 'bubbles' would disappear within several days, we waited two weeks & there were still some bubbles & we noticed places that there were streaks that appeared to be made from the tool he used & places where the tint didn't connect thoroughly to the edges of the windows. It took two phone calls before he finally called back & he told my husband he would be out last week with the warranty & to look at the problem areas. I don't like leaving a bad review for anyone and give people many chances but we wish we'd investigated further into his reputation. We spent A LOT of money and expect the work to be of high quality, receive a warranty that actually means something, & deal with a professional that addresses problems immediately and returns phone calls promptly. We are very disappointed with our experience & will not be recommending Mark Cole's Auto Glass to anyone.

The person, (a woman) that answered the phone was extremely rude. She had a major attitude! I set up an appointment for 2 vehicles, but ended up canceling before we got off the phone. If you've got someone answering the phone that is hateful, it's a problem. They lost my business.
