The Evansville Vanderburgh Public Library provides a variety of services to the residents of Evansville, Ind. It offers traditional library services, including the loan of books and periodicals, as well as a Talking Books program for individuals who are unable to use standard print materials due to visual or physical disabilities, free wireless Internet access, a bookmobile and summer reading programs designed for adults, teens and children. The library operates branch locations throughout the city. It also offers access to a citywide library catalog on its Web site, where patrons can search for books, periodicals, new items and electronic journals.
