Bounce to the Top Inflatables

I was interested in renting some inflatables for a party. I found them on the internet and it would only let me email them. it took them 2 days to get back to me just to tell me that the one that I wanted was already rented. when I asked why it took so long and if it was poor customer service they replied with lol. I told them I would be giving them a bad review and the response was sounds great. This is the worst customer service e I have ever experienced. I used all blown up and spent o er $500 and they had the most sincere and professional staff. I would. Ever all these idiots for a party again. They need to take a class in manners and customer service.

This place was GREAT! I picked up my rental on the time I scheduled. It was really easy to set up, just set on the ground, unfold, plug in the pump and it was inflated in minutes. My kids had a BLAST at their birthday party. It easily entertained the kids for hours which allowed us time to socialize and get prepared for cake time and present time and cleanup. Afterward it deflated in minutes, we folded it back up, threw it on the truck and returned it at the time I scheduled. I DEFINTIELY recommend renting from these people. They were easy to work with, very fairly priced, and my kids are happy.
