I only have experience with the Green River Road location. But I can't imagine any of the others are any better. I took my kid's iPad to them to repair a cracked screen. They did the work, and I took it home. Within a few days, the screen was cracked again. My kid is very careful with his things, especially his electronics. I took it back, and they made a second repair for a slightly discounted price. I wasn't too crazy about paying because I felt this was on them. But I did, and took it home a second time. Then, by the next weekend, it was cracked again. My kid had laid it in the back seat when we went into a store. When we got back in the car, the screen was broken. I knew for a fact that he didn't do anything to it. They didn't want to do anything about it but replace it again at the cost of about $75. When I told them there is no way this should keep happening, they were really crappy about it and told me my kid was breaking it. So I left and took it to a place just down the street called Phone Smart Repair. The guy took the outer casing off and immediately saw that Phone Todd had left out the thin piece of material that rested between the glass and the metal, acting as a shock absorber. The glass was breaking because it was hitting the metal frame directly. This place has no clue what they are doing and wouldn't take anything else there. I say stay far away.
I have recently been doing business with your west side store location. To be completely honest I am absolutely shocked with the experience I had. To make a long story short, I originally brought in my iPad Air March 16th to replace the digitizer screen. A week and a half later I paid the full amount, $130 for the repair, and got to my car and noticed the home button was sticking almost every other push, and the rim around my iPad was damaged all over from using metal tools to pry the screen off with. I brought the iPad back into the store, explained the issues, and the clerk proceeded to tell me they would fix the problem. A week later, I picked up the iPad again and brought it home to check the repair job again and start using it. Sure enough the digitizer screen wasn't installed correctly and the "ghostly touch" would randomly happen. The problem was so bad I couldn't even use the device. The next day I returned the iPad to the store for a 3rd time and requested to speak with the manager about the situation. Right off the bat he didn't treat me with respect. I asked to get this fixed asap because I am a college student and have already been 3 weeks without the iPad which I use everyday. He said to drive to the Henderson store myself if I wanted it done in a hurry. Also, I discussed a possible discount with him because of the hassle I have been going through and he pretty much laughed in my face. Once again the process took a week to replace the screen. I finally received the iPad back and wanted to talk with the manager again about how bad of an experience I had with the whole procedure. of course, he wasn't in the office the day I came in so I received the owners contact info because obviously the manager wasn't concerned with proper customer service.Then, I brought the iPad back home again, and sure enough there was even more damage around the screen and 4 pieces of dust were left under the screen that are very visible. This is absolutely ridiculous. I brought in my iPad to have a professional service provided and this has definately been the opposite. Also, the owner didn't ever respond or get back to me regarding the whole situation. I can assure you I will never return to your business again, along with my friends and family. I went to the westside In april for my computer. Stopped by their new north side location for my phone repair yesterday $95 had it looking like new. The place 2 blocks away was being really pushy and tried telling me he would fix the cracked screen for $95 plus repair the lcd, frame and camera lens for an additional $45. Iphonetodd said they are all one piece. So lets just say I went to iphonetodd and they kept me from getting ripped off!
Was in the middle of a paper for school computer kept freezing up. Dropped it off had it back day for $60. #reallyhelpful
