Has been a horrible experience. Most of the employees from ViaQuest has complained about management. They are scarred of their manager saying she is hateful mean and cruel in her behaviorWe have experienced a revolving door with employees and nurses and many have told us they were leaving due to the unfair harsh treatment of management. We sort of brushed it off as unhappy employees in general until we had to call the office and had a horrendous experience with the manager. She was aggressive towards us accused us of lying and threatened to drop us from program. We denfended her accusations and insisted her nurse had given her false information. We thought nothing of the phone call again until 2 days later when a social worker showed up telling us we had been dropped from ViaQuest due to our abrasive, abusive phone call, and that we had to many hispitalizations. Furthermore this woman had filed a completely false report that my loved one who is my at home care giver has been abusing me, going as far as to lie and make up false statements claiming she has been told several times that I had been abused. This has started an investigation into my loved one who has never abused me in anyway she is an angel to me I don't know what I would do without her. She is the kindest warm hearted caring person on the face of earth. This is causing us much problems and embarrassment. This woman uses her position she holds to exact revenge and BULLY anyone who dare to not agree with her. She clearly does not have the client or patient in her best interest and doesn't care that she waste precious other resources when making up lies and false reports. I encourage EVERYONE to run....run....as fast as you can from this facility and healthcare provider.

Very rude and terrible company . Paula was rude and very unprofessional plus was completely wrong about her prognosis. Would only recommend if you hate your family member. The on call nurse was rude and too busy telling a story to take care of my moms emergency. DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES!
Is there a zero star option? Oh well. I guess I'll give them one star because they exist. A for effort, right? My brother is in a group home managed by Rescare. His benefits (he can't work or live alone due to his disability) barely cover his cost of living there. So my parents, my brother, and I buy him clothes and basic necessities. He goes home with my parents every other weekend. He routinely gets sent home to my parents' with other people's clothes that don't fit and have holes in them, shoes untied, unshaven, and smelling like he hasn't been given a shower in who knows how long. His clothes disappear, never to be seen again even though my mom initials everything, and when he broke his leg, it took days if not weeks and my mom yelling at them to get his mandatory physical therapy. I buy him clothes for birthdays and Christmas, but it can't be sent back with him because it disappears. He can't demand proper treatment because he is nonverbal and severely handicapped so he is left at the mercy of people who won't spend ten seconds to tie a shoe properly or give him a shower. Sure, there are people that work for this company that are wonderful, model employees and are underpaid and under appreciated. I'm sure they're out there. But I'd like to know where they are so my brother can be taken care of properly. I'm sure this company makes good money off of the government and people that pay for their care. So why not raise your wages and get some proper care for the people you're responsible for? I know this is a long rant, but it's what I've come to expect from this company. After getting done listening to how my brother hadn't been shaved in over a week (when he has a new razor), didn't have his bag ready when they knew he was going home, didn't have his shoes on right and tripping over them, and was wearing the same outfit that he's worn home for the past few months (that isn't even his and doesn't fit properly)... I'm a little ticked off. I don't want an apology or an explanation. I just want people to be aware of what they are going to deal with when these business with this company. I want proper treatment for the people that rely on them for their well-being. I want someone to tie a shoe and sort laundry properly. Shen this happens, I'll gladly post a glowing review. But until that day, I won't stay quiet about this.
