The doctor I saw was very unprofessional, sloppy and rushed off to take the next client. Her only focus was to see as many as people she can. It is because they schedule many appointments without giving enough time to their each client. I was extremely disappointed.

Dr. Williamson was professional, fast, and kind. My 1 year-old child was tired, and thrashing with my mother outside the exam door, and she responded with urgency and professionalism in delivering her expertise. Her thoroughness and friendliness, while remaining calm and focused, is why I would recommend her to anyone.

Horrible experience. Glasses did not have the right lenses in them. Had to take them back to be corrected and they acted like it was my fault. And the 2 pairs for $69 is a total lie! I paid over $700 and I didn't even have bifocals! Complete rip-off!
My family and I have been patients with Dr. Bigham since he was at his old location. We love Dr. Bigham but recently something has happened to the staff. Crystal is not friendly in person and doesn't need to be answering the phones (needs customer service skills). Our appointments keep getting messed up. My family came in on 3/1 for appointments but my oldest couldn't make it so I called and told them to reschedule hers for a different week and to give me her spot on 3/1 because I didn't have an appointment. (won't go into detail why I didn't have one scheduled this year that's another issue with staff I had over a year ago). When arrived found out that the lady who changed my daughters appointment never put me in my daughters 3/1 spot. The new lady who did the pre stuff on my eyes said, it must be nice to just walk in and say I need a appointment today. Had some more issues with not scheduling appointments right or not taking the old appointment off when we did rescheduled.
It took one year to get my $400 pair of glasses correct . Then, 2 years later, there were cracks in both lens. They said the cracks were from normal "wear and tear" from putting them on in am and taking them off at night and there was nothing they could do about it. I was offered a minimal percentage off on a new pair of glasses but preferred not to go through that kind of ordeal again. The whole experience was very unprofessional.
worst experience of my life.8 pairs of glasses before I got a pair that was right! The first pair broke with in 2 hours of receiving them, next pair did not have the anti glare so I could not drive at night,next came in with the lenses up side down,next 3 pairs broke with in 48 hrs.7th pair broke when the clerk removed them from the eye glass case.needless to say I exploded. Management avoided me after the 2nd or 3rd pair. One of the laidies who worked in the back came out to calm me dow. She helped me pick out a different team because obviously the frames I had ordered were junk. She threw in a pair of presription sunglassesthe for all grief I had been through. That was 2yrs ago. I'am now wearing my 10yr old glasses because the glasses I bought from Station optical for $325.00 are so cloudy I can barely see through them.Every time I drive past their store with the big glass windows I have this over welming urge to throw a big rock at Station Optical.I recommend you never use this place in Evansville Indiana.I rated this with 1 star because it would not let me post if I did not.
The staff at the Evansville Indiana location was absolutely wonderful today. I was looking for a pair of glasses for my 12 year old daughter and the staff did everything in power to help us find a pair that she liked and that our insurance would pay for. I called the store two times before I went there and both times they answered my questions and did it in a polite manner. When we arrived the staff was knowledgably and very friendly. They took the time to assure that my daughter got the pair of glasses that not only that she liked but also a pair that would fit her face correctly. They even went through drawers to find the perfect pair. The wait for the lenses to be fitted into the frames was very quick. They explained my insurance policies and their polices about the glasses in detail. I am a very satisfied customer and would recommend them to others!
what a joke went to get glasses got eye exam got glasses they were real blurry not the right prescription told me I still had to pay for exam even though they are the ones who came up with the wrong prescription WALMART got it right got 1 star cant give zero
