This company is terrible...my first order they tried to charge me 25% more than the website price...I had to call them to fix. The next order they told shipping would be 30 when I confirmed every charge before confirming my order...then the invoice comes and they charged me 39. Then when I receive parts one of the boards has a damaged connector, they probably damaged it when removing the part.So I call them to tell them, they actually wanted ME to pay shipping to return the damaged part....RIDICULOUS common sense...I need to pay for their negligence ...absolutely absurd!!! I would advise never to do business with a company lacking all common sense and looking out for their interests only!
Made my first call to get my dryer fixed through my warranty company the first week of October didn't hear back from them and have someone come out until 22nd of November only to have them send a boy who obviously didn't know how to work on the unit my husband finally took it apart for him and after two and half hours he finally said I don't think I have what this needs. So then he left and I looked out 30 mins later and he drove down my hill into my yard tearing it all up and still never has been fixed he spent 2 hours there trying to get out before the owner came to pull him out. Then they sent another two guys out in December and they broke more parts trying to fix other parts and then left and said more parts would have to be ordered. Finally a third man came on the 20th of December and when we asked him where the other parts the first and second guy ordered was he said he didn't know they must have been misplaced but then quickly found out he couldn't repair either. So they decided to come get it and take it to shop since now they were calling it extensive repair. I call them and they always give me the run around. I asked about a loaner dryer since mine has been down since oct because of messing around with these people and they say they will look for one and call me back within two hours. I never get a call and when I call they act like I'm a dummy. I am beyond done messing with these people. When he messed up my yard before thanksgiving the owner told him here is a rake go take out there bad spots well my yard still has huge ruts in it from where he sat for two hours spinning his back tires in my soft yard. I would never ever recommend this company to anyone. I have told every repair person that has came out and every person I have talked to on the phone and they just brush it off and say well you probably shouldn't say that. I'm just stating the truth. These people can fix almost anything. I had an RC Micro Drone that broke. They were able to repair it.
VERY SATISFIED with my order from Tri-State Module! Very GOOD people to deal with! I wouldn't hesitate to order from them again.
They NEVER answer the phone or emails.....Buyer BEWARE
I've been contacting Tri State by phone, email, and online chat for a week now. No reply to any of my messages. They sent me a power supply that had bad capacitors. Is this how you treat your customers? Still haven't heard back, I am issuing a claim on my credit card.
I purchased a module for a t.v. it did not work. After reading the reviews I assumed the worse. I was told they would send another or if I didn't want the warranty replacement that it would be a 20% restocking fee. Which is understandable cause their not in the business of supplying electronic parts for people to troubleshoot with. Anyhow I was very rude to them and they still gave me great service. They shipped another board which worked perfectly. Plus they shipped it usps so it would arrive on Saturday. They also did a few things that I didn't expect but I can't write them on here cause I believe they went above their policy in this case. Anyhow I would recommend giving them a try. But just like any electronic part make sure that is your problem before ordering cause if your trying out parts to fix a problem it may cost you a restocking fee. They did come through for me in the end. Start to finish and my TV working was 5 days with the bad part.

Ripped Off....Do not do business with. Sent my old light engine from my sony tv after they said they would buy it for $50. I am out postage and insurance i paid to send out. They acknowledged receiving and said it would be a week and they would send check. Well after numerous calls and excuses and several months I gave up. I contacted the attorney generals office in my home state and they could not do anything since TSM is in different state. Hiring an attorney would be more $$$ with no guarantee. They may sound great on the phone but beware.
