Too bad you're not allowed to give a zero-star rating!I ordered from here just today, hoping that Panda Wok would have good food, along with alright prices. NOPE! The delivery took about an hour and a half to get here (we just ordered two containers of chicken and Chinese Doughnuts), and when we got into the food, I, in better terms, wasn't impressed. But wait! Just when I finished about half of my Sesame Chicken, I felt something hard in my mouth. Guess what I pulled out? AN ANIMAL NAIL. A F***ING NAIL IN MY FOOD. I ran to the bathroom, and emptied out everything I had just ate.My husband called Panda Wok while I was throwing up, telling them about what had just happened. The lady put him on hold for over 5 minutes, so he hung up and called again, finally reaching a man who seemed to be in charge. He said he would give us a free meal the next time we ordered, but my husband told him that we would OBVIOUSLY never be ordering from them again. So the man said he would refund our order, and have someone come to pick up the food. A little later, my husband gets a phone call from them, and they said they'd only be refunding us for the soiled chicken, nothing else. Okay, sure. They don't want to lose any more of their money, now that they're losing a customer.TWO HOURS later, a man rang our doorbell to pick up the chicken, along with giving my husband a REALLY hard time about it. He was arguing with him over, "The chicken looks more than halfway eaten." REALLY?!?! You mortify me with nails in my food, then want to argue about HOW MUCH I ATE?!?! Well don't worry, every thing that isn't in the container is in the toilet.HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE PLACE WITH JUST AS BAD SERVICE. I WOULD NEVER RECCOMEND THIS TO ANYONE, AND I'M GOING TO MAKE SURE I POST THIS ON EVERY WEBSITE I CAN. THANKS, PANDA WOK OF EVANS MILLS, NY.
