Very unprofessional team!! My wife and I are very disappointed after we made an offer on a home that was priced at $325,000, we offered $250,000. Kristen Knispel stated; this will give us some room for negotiations. I received a text this morning stating the seller called me a low baller, and did not want to negotiate anything further.I requested the viewing of 2 other properties thereafter, Kristen stated both were off the market; I just reviewed both properties and there still on the market.Not to mention, Spent all day yesterday (5-7-18) gathering all the proper documents as requested, for what I have no idea. Kristen falls short when knowing about the properties she is trying to sell. Very disappointed when it comes to delivering, World Class customer service. Terrible terrible terrible. Despicable.almost electrocuted by faulty water heater old as Lincoln that flooded the smaller than small town home that we ended up having industrial sized fans to sleep with for 4 days. The guy that works for Tommy had no understanding of decency or care for clients. GO elsewhere to avoid being ripped off and ignored.
Jane Lane is one of the rudest people I have ever met in my entire life. No matter if we were simply contacting her to express how much we loved the rental house, or contacting her for major household repairs the landlord had to do, she was arrogant and spoke with disrespect. We never had a late payment once, and tried to steer clear from contacting her due to her nasty and disrespectful attitude. We needed help, due to my husbands job relocating us, finding a solution for early termination of our lease & because we were to have ZERO contact with the actual home owner, Jane was the obvious person we had to contact. We dreaded having to do this because we knew what sort of nasty response we would most likely get. We already had options for her to consider (three families offering to take over our lease & offering our furniture for Masters Week rental) but sure enough she was rude and told me that she didn't want to have any more correspondence with anyone except my husband. Just Nasty!! When the hot water heater was discovered, in the outside storage closet, spewing water around wiring, we called my brother who is a licensed electrician for advice on what to do because Jane Lane wouldn't do anything about it. It was only after I told her (out of fear that the house would catch on fire with our toddler inside) that we were going to call our own electrician did Jane Lane FINALLY call us back and sent over her handy-man (who still didn't fix the problem, we were without water for two days!). She also YELLED at us for consulting my brother for ADVICE. Her exact words were "you need to leave your brother out of this! You act like the water heater just started spewing today...!!" REALLY?!?!
They have been great, Chip their property manager is super responsive and all their tradespeople have been timely, polite and professional. I really recommend them, plus they understand military renters. We have been with them over 6 months since our PCS and cannot fault them and we have had plenty of mishaps, including a lightening strike and blocked sinks on Christmas Day!
We have just started renting from Tommy. We have nothing but good to say about him and the company. I am excited to be working with such a great company and honest realtor. I look forward to the future with this company and hopefully the purchase of our home.
