My house is over 100 years old. I have lived here for over 40 years and got very tired of putting up with water running through my basement. The system that they recommended and installed has done a better job than I could imagine. I would definitely recommend them to anyone with a similar problem.

I had my house waterproofed about 3 years ago. The workers that were at my house were mannerly and very hard working, in fact they staying until dark to get the work done. Since then, the few times I called with questions I am immediately transferred to someone who can help. And again the person on the phone is very courteous and knowledgeable. Since the original install, the system has worked perfectly, and no repairs have been needed. My basement is drier, smells less musty, and I have not had to empty a dehumidifier tray since.

Everdry recently installed their patented inside/outside system at our home. After I initially called Everdry to set up an appointment, we had an employee come out to assess our basement within a week of the call. The only requirement they had for the visit was that both homeowners were present for the assessment. This is only to help the customer to feel more comfortable with the process and to make sure that all their questions are answered.



The gentleman that came to assess our basement was very professional. He explained how water could be getting into our basement, what the cracks in the concrete walls meant, and how their systems could help. He answered every question we had. After deciding that this would be a good option for us, my husband and I scheduled for Everdry to install their patented inside/outside system. We met with the foreman each morning of the four days that they were at our home and he explained everything that he and his team would be doing for the day. The crew did a great job keeping the house clean as they were in and out of the basement. They were very professional in terms of completing work tasks and making sure to clean up at the end of each day.



Overall if you have any water problems in your basement I would definitely recommend giving Everdry a call for a consultation and consider having them waterproof your basement!

From the minute they arrived they dove right into the work, even while Mark was explaining to us what to expect the rest of the crew was already setting up and getting ready to work. I was amazed at how thorough and how quick they were with the work.
