From Business: Property Location With a stay at Hampton Inn & Suites, Springdale in Springdale, you'll be convenient to Ozark Center Point Place and Arvest Ballpark. This hotel …
My husband and I really liked Lookout Lodge when we stayed there for our anniversary. Everything in Eureka Springs revolves around the downtown area but it is often crowded and noisy so I liked staying down the road a little ways just a short drive from the shopping but in a quiet spot. Lookout Lodge is close to good restaurants and in a pretty area. It's a simple place, no micro-fridge, or jacuzzi tub but a nice simple place with hardwood floors instead of carpet (people with allergies will appreciate that). The family that owns the place is very sweet, they do all the maintaining and cleaning themselves and our room was very clean. Lookout Lodge is a nice place.
In a town full of budget-friendly accomodations, you'll be a much happier camper if you spend the extra $10/night for a budget-friendly hotel that at least has an ironing board and doesn't tell you which towels to use/not use. The staff was a bit scattered and though not bad, I can't say they were particularly good. And in a super-friendly town like Eureka, you can't afford to be stuffy with your customers. Overall, it's a motel with beds and a locking door with running hot water. "No Frills" has been taken to a new level at the Razorback Lodge.
This hotel seems like its family owned and operated. Every visit to Eureka Springs seems memorable. Carolyns Ozark Swiss Inn is comfortable. Our room was very clean; it may be that the cleaning crew gets tips for great cleaning. The occasional semi-truck traffic was audible, but not loud enough to any uncomfortable or disturbing. The pricing was good. We’d be comfortable staying there again.
The hotel is a lovely old building built in 1886. It is said to be haunted. The rooms are furnished with victorian decor. Bathrooms have old claw foot tubs. The grounds are lovely and walking distance to downtown Eureka springs is not too far. We enjoyed our anniversay stay here, especially when the resident kitty cat came to pay us a visit.
The new owners are very courteous and have done a great job with the renovations. The rooms are very spacious and very clean. Having a seperate living room with a full sized kithcen was a plus for the kids. They could fix something to eat when they wanted. I would recommend this Motel.
we loved the atmosphere of the host Paul and Kim, they are very friendly and pleasant, knows what's what in the area, and the rooms are very pleasant, clean, and the beds are comfy, we will be back!! Love it!!! Thanks guys for your personal touches you have given.
Got a great new do from Savannah and it feels and looks great. I asked around bec. I did not know where to go local and a couple people suggested New Moon, and am glad I took their advice.
What a wonderful hotel with gracious hosts. We stay here each time we visit. Comfy beds, clean restrooms and rustic wooden balconies.
