These people have been terrible to deal with. We had problems with a Pacific Energy stove the moment it was turned on. It took a week and a half to get them to come out and look at it. They acknowledged the problems and said “we’ll take care of you”. That was the last I heard from them without my initiating a phone call. In the course of aprox. 3 months and a dozen phone calls, new excuses every time but a promise our problems would be taken care of, and assurances this would include labor as well when directly asked, they finally came up with some parts but said we’d have to pay them to fix it. They wanted us to pay them to fix the defective stove we’d bought from them! These people should not be in business. It’s beyond poor service but a lack of integrity and honesty.
I had Eureks Stove and Fireside come to fix my pellet stove and they send a guy name Alan. That would be the last person in this world that I would send to do service. Did not know how to really know what he was doing, and not very professional. Very unhappy. Do not recommend this company at all.Now I see his has a " FELONY " would not allow him in my house.I thought the COOPERS owned the business and not Joanne.
Hi I had Eureka Stove come and do a install for me. I bought this insert from them and they sent a guy I believe his name was Alan but let me tell you I think he just got out of jail rough looking and did not really look like he know what he was doing. I would never have a person like that working for me or at least going to customer houses.He was rude and very unprofessional...I would not trust him at all. Beautiful fireplaces and great location, but for service and installs not very professional.Please don't send ALAN again to my house.A long time customer and what happened to Julie, Don, and Eddie?Thank youP.SAnd one more thing he has a record in the court system.
