Dr. Lewis made my lower partial. It took forever for my dental insurance to pay due to the office coding wrong. Hence I didn't pay my portion
i drove to my dentist's office for an emergency. I was turned away at the counter and left their office in tears.
After making calls all morning I eventually got in with another dentist and he remarked on how poorly the bridge was made with "only a little thin wire holding it together" and he repaired it with a much stronger and thicker wire. I would think that Dr. Lewis would want to take responsibility and stand behind his work on the dental partials he does for his patients. I still think that he should have fixed his shoddy work, there should have been NO CHARGE and I should not have been treated so badly by his staff.
