Attempted to have recall work done. Service was bad and included service department failing to perform all recall work. I left with the impression that the dealership cared little about performing recall work and even less about the fact that I had to drive 300 miles just to discover that, in part, the necessary work had not been performed without justifiable excuse. The service department did, however, remember to try to sell me a raft of expensive services. Strongly recommend staying away from this dealership.
I needed 60,000 mile service on my 2015 Subaru Legacy and used Kendall's online service scheduling. The online process was easy to understand and very thorough. On my appointment day the check in process was professional and thorough and I was provided with the loaner car for the day that was previously arranged. The service was performed within the time estimate given to me and for the amount of the estimate. All is well.
Purchased the car used in March it was a pleasant experience, since then only oil changes and both times just drove in no appointment and I was out in under 45 mins, the employees were friendly and helpful and the waiting room is comfortable, has tv and coffee...

Great customer service. The woman who worked with me determined that I had been paying for oil changes when I shouldn't have been (I have Kendall Auto Care). She was great.
I took my 2015 Forester to them to check out a passenger side airbag malfunction ( a warning light). After clearing a code, they drove it a mile (according to my odometer) and told me the code did not return. I drove the car home (2.5 hours away), and the next morning the warning light came on again. I called to discuss it with them and was told I would get a call back. I also responded to their email. Nothing but silence.
First time maintenance with Kendall Subaru. (Moved from CT) Very impressed with staff and service. Made my hour’s drive to Eugene worth it. Will always have my Subaru serviced here.

I have recently had my car in the repair shop of kendall Chevrolet to have a recall part replaced on my 2006 HHR. because of a matter of convenience, I have in the past had service work done on this vehicle at another auto service center. after visiting kendall auto and receiving such amazing service, kindness and conveniences, I have made the decision to have any further services on my vehicle done at their shop. THANK YOU kendall auto. you were a breath of fresh air!!!
SRX is not well programed, seat adjustment interrupted and not dependable. GPS is hard to understand on the road even with the radio being muted. Ride is no better than comparable ford, Chrysler, or Lincoln. Salesman didn't bother to check to see if missing Adjustable Cargo Fence was on car when delivered.. Also he never followed up on promise to get it ordered (three months ago) and still not here after being reminded several times. Finally, I told Sales Mgr who said he would take care of it. In the meantime I traded the car in on an XTS took a beating (financially) and just took delivery. Won't do business with "Dib" of Kendall Cadillac again.
